將鋪上南瓜蓉及乾瑤柱的花膠切開內裡看見粒粒的岩米,吃下花膠筒Q彈米餡軟糯口感可人,金湯充斥鮮雞香味道超甜美,而岩米亦帶出幽幽清香濃而不俗整體吸引。

然後來一個惹味的啫啫蝦乾肉碎芥蘭煲$228,橙紅大澳蝦乾非常大隻口感十足,芥蘭全用上菜遠來炮製口味甜脆,熱騰騰配上濃郁的調味總是誘惑。

單尾我們吃大澳三寶蒸肉眼筋鴛鴦飯$268,鴛鴦飯乃糯米混日本珍珠米口感必正,用上肉眼筋、魷魚乾、銀魚乾、及蝦乾置於蒸籠上蒸熟,然後熱騰騰的送到我們面前,吃下每一口也帶著滿滿的鹹香鮮味。

飯後甜品有迷你缽仔糕$78/3件,絕對是充滿童年回憶的小吃,做上迷你版更可愛之餘更不會過份飽肚。
