叼母親大人的光又有幸到星星食府一遊今次到新同樂試試中菜大師傅的巧手對粤菜一向没什麼要求但越來越多中菜餐廳標榜自己的精緻考究然而太新派的總是只有看頭要吃得好而環境又不將就確是要到經典名店才找得到 招牌的乳豬做得考究,脆皮下釀彈牙蝦膠很巧手,若去掉肥膏更加好(8/10) 上湯翠蔬也吃得刁口,竹笙鮮菌浸没半點肥油 (7/10) 柚皮星斑火候拿揑得好,醂而滑溜手藝高 (7.5/10)草本牛尾砂窩有幾好,好在入口特別豐腴沒半點膻,軟滑之餘皮彈甘香高墊底的冬菇與麵筋更是至寶,沒讓主角獨領風騷 (8.5/10)不來個蛋白杏仁茶怎能走,香濃之餘口感豐厚,現叫現煮一絲不苟 (8.5/10)--------------------四十多年的老店果然實力厚不賣浮誇賣味道就夠到新同樂一遊後很滿足地走
