To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 星期日 三點鐘諗住 約朋友飲個下午茶, 喺門口 話四個人, 佢就叫我 直行入數尾, 到我 直行入到尾 又畀人問點解入嚟唔攞飛, 門口入面夾唔到, 其實原來呢個時間呢度係唔多人, 好多 枱都冇人座, 坐咗十分鐘左右, 有人問我哋叫咗嘢未原來佢想 我哋 轉枱, 因為嗰度要set場,唉, 搞嚟搞去, 而家 點餐,斟水 煲滾水嗰啲都係自己搞掂曬, 服務真係 少之又少但係又有服務費, 佢哋人又唔夠, 問阿姐有冇啲咩特價下午茶 佢叫我自己撳電話睇 ,我就係 睇唔到所以問佢, 最後問題都解決唔到,我都係照咁點餐 ,佢哋部煲水機搞咗十幾分鐘想搵人幫下手都冇人 得閒理我, set左n次 搞到, 嘢食方便 蝦餃燒賣 牛肉 奶黃包特色點心 牛肚蘿蔔糕.... 樣樣有啲, 食品質素明顯差咗, 特別 牛肉球好"騷", 其他一般般, 其實銅鑼灣邊度飲茶 有好介紹?
