我明白沖得咖啡嘅通常都可能係兼職,但係員工態度冷漠,完全要理不理,實在令人難以接受。當日我喺度見到有人發生衝突,但係個職員竟然話佢唔會負責,仲叫人唔好喺度搞事,因為佢乜都唔理!認真講,杯咖啡根本就係跟住formula去沖,呢度嘅職員根本就係買完杯咖啡,你唔好煩佢。仲有一樣嘢就係問乜都唔知,絕對不知所謂!另外值得一提嘅係,好多時走過去買嘢,佢都係黑口黑面,完全趕客,建議客服團隊或者训练部門,重新訓練過啲職員,完全違背咗本身星巴克嘅公司創辦理念

認真講,杯咖啡根本就係跟住formula去沖,呢度嘅職員根本就係買完杯咖啡,你唔好煩佢。仲有一樣嘢就係問乜都唔知,絕對不知所謂!
