To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

我同我媽媽去咗香港天際萬豪酒店裏面嘅天際咖啡室，打算慶祝佢嘅生日🎂🎉。我哋預約咗下午兩點，因為正常食下午茶☕️🍰一定會平啲不過，當我哋去到嘅時候，就發現事情唔係咁簡單😱😱😱。等待期間，我哋見到裏面冇乜人👥👥👥，仲以為要兩點先開始⏰⏰⏰。到兩點嘅時候，我哋跟佢哋講預約咗兩點嘅，但係服務員竟然話佢哋2:00就完喇😡😡😡，意思就係根本冇下午茶，只有午餐🍽🍽🍽。之後先明白點解我哋去到嘅時候已經見到冇乜人喺入邊。我唔明白點解可以book到兩點呢個時間🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️，所以基本上所有食物都冇喇😭😭😭，如果仲要食就馬上落單。最後我哋只好隨意落單啦，非常失望，無奈😞😞😞。食物方面，真係一般般👎👎👎，價錢又唔平💸💸💸。服務方面，都幾差勁👎👎👎。服務員態度唔好😠😠😠，唔細心😒😒😒，唔主動😐😐😐。我哋要求加水都要等好耐💧💧💧。而且佢哋對於預約時間設定都好有問題，令到我哋浪費時間同錢⌛️⌛️⌛️。總括而言，我覺得天際咖啡室係一個令人失望嘅體驗😢😢😢。佢哋既食物質素、服務水平、價格同氣氛都唔符合一間五星級酒店嘅水準⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️。如果你想食一個好吃又物有所值嘅下午茶，我建議你去其他地方啦👉👉👉。平價分數：⭐️⭐️
