人人和平岩岩做冬去既以前都有食過lunch set呢間係堡壘街既舖頭都幾勁由街坊生意做到區外人黎排隊再逆市擴張又西餐又私房菜最近仲係銅鑼灣做埋焗豬仲話會租埋格離舖位黎做大檯客呢邊就會做番散客為主品牌真係幾重要既一樣野始終可以做大既黃店唔多仲係唔係一間收收埋埋既舖頭不過新舖唔知幾時先開始營業都係係番舊舖食今日同親戚做節九個人就坐長檯食物係唔太方便去分不過舖頭設計問題無計將來話新店會放圓檯應該會舒服好多普通餐具餐牌封面係蒙羅麗莎抱住隻燒鵝咁大概都估唔到呢個係最招牌既菜式餐牌二人餐四人餐都有唔會話係乜都有得食但都已經夠晒咁多個人去揀而且都係主要想黎試下燒味牆上面有廚師推介本來都想叫蠔餅但唔知賣晒定點話今日無有屋企人叫左兩杯啤酒而家慣左叫皮蛋一人半隻做前菜呢個蛋黃就黃色既上次係庸記果隻係黑色我就唔知有無咩分別但係人人和平呢個就比較有蛋味同埋都係溏心叉燒都係人人和平既名物之一而且佢仲有唔同選擇有加拿大瘦叉波蘭肥叉同埋加拿大白豚既半肥瘦差最正路應該就揀肥叉既但係白豚又貴d wor所以呢碟係白豚半肥瘦黎都有燶邊不過切得比較薄食落口感就一般爽口但唔係軟淋之後就到餐廳最出名既燒鵝今次多人就叫左半隻話係用

同埋有少少涼左
亦都無汁墊底
就無好似大圍小館咁爆汁既情況
食落都唔差

所以呢間定位就算係平民中中低價

怇地話係餐廳規矩唔記得話多過幾多人要落500蚊訂金
同埋晚市有分兩輪
我地今晚食六點至八點
小店上菜都幾快
兩個鐘其實都好夠
仲好多walkin客
呢個市道都有唔少人等位同外賣
證明餐廳名聲真係算幾好
平時hi黎hi去既老婆都話幾好食
不過我自己就覺得可能每樣都只係食少少就記憶唔深
下次可能兩公婆再黎叫精d食
餐廳都有後生侍應
正常有禮貌
雖然唔會特別熱情
但都算係間比較有活力既中菜
係廁所比較污糟
地面痴立立
仲有十人長檯講野傳菜都係差少少
算係可以改善既地方
不過佢地都自己出po話新舖位有改善就盡量期待下
同埋fb ig都真係keep住日日更新講下自己d特色野
又唔洗交比食客賣廣告
呢方面係出色既
真係要好好珍惜香港仲有呢種黃店堅持落去
