香港人Shopping買平野, 其一會去旺角, 而旺角最近開左新地標---T.O.P, 地點超近地鐵站, 十步內已到商場, 雖然商場內有唔少店舖都未正式開幕, 但潮人總喜歡先睹為快入去行一圈!上至最頂層, 有一間人流幾旺既烤肉餐廳, 標榜為全港首間以柞木炭做燃料既網燒餐廳。 前陣子睇旅遊特輯得知, 其特點為密度高令火力較高, 令炭燒香味更為突出!正好晚飯時間, 我倆就入去一試!餐廳裝修格調偏向典雅, 跟一般韓烤餐廳更為高尚。當然價錢都是偏貴一點, 但食物質素相對都是高質素!呢度除左主打韓牛、和牛外, 都有豚肉、雞肉、海鮮, 少許韓國熟食供應。入座後店員先忙著為我地送上前菜, 且開爐準備燒烤,有一小筒柞木炭放於火爐上, 明火經柞木炭傳熱力至網面還好呢度抽風做得唔錯, 唔會太煙霧離漫前菜之一既泡菜, 都是餐廳自家醃製, 為原棵上檯, 突顯韓國傳統特色! 味道都是很正宗~!【柞木龍蝦】HK$198開邊龍蝦仔面層加上了蒜蓉作調味, 肉質爽口彈牙, 蒜蓉更加強了龍蝦本身既鮮甜味, 但小心燒既時候唔好反轉龍蝦, 否則令蒜蓉傾倒, 而且令蝦肉直接被燒乾~【韓牛肋眼上蓋】HK$328牛脂分佈有如大理石

餐廳裝修格調偏向典雅, 跟一般韓烤餐廳更為高尚。當然價錢都是偏貴一點, 但食物質素相對都是高質素!

呢度除左主打韓牛、和牛外, 都有豚肉、雞肉、海鮮, 少許韓國熟食供應。

入座後店員先忙著為我地送上前菜, 且開爐準備燒烤,
