To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

2點半到達，等了大約20分鐘安排入座。花了10分鐘點單，點心就等左大約半小時😐鮑汁鳳爪味道偏咸，腸粉較難食。炒飯不錯，鮮尤無味🫥 。叫了11個點心連飯，等半小時後開始陸續送5個點心來。之後突然熄一半燈，侍應前來話要截單？我們還有6款食物未到啊！ 結果我們要在昏暗的環境下等點心到來。之後15分鐘左右再來多兩個點心，然後另一半燈也熄埋？！ 咩事先？你哋要個大廳準備晚市便不要安排客人入座呀？ 如真的只食半小時開始熄燈，可以早點同客人講，人家也可選擇不入座呀🤬🤬🤬除有個男部長外，其他侍應及收銀態度比較差。這種做生意手法氹態度實在太差劣。
