To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

位處洪水橋呢個美食沙漠，或者真係唔憂做，啲出品係差到無得再差。朝早食早餐，叫個餐蛋丁，盛惠44蚊包一杯凍飲。碗麵黎度，個麵碌唔透、餐肉無煎過、雞蛋係一早煎定一pan ，成碗野完全無放過心思入去煮。如果你仲收梗渡海小輪20蚊一碗既價錢我有要求就我白痴啫，依家你講梗40蚊以上，仲要得一塊午餐肉，唔係咁肉酸呀嘛？太興講梗一模一樣既餐蛋丁，兩塊午餐肉，所有野無整定，全部即煎都係收貴你多一蚊，人流講梗係你一倍以上，但係出品好過你幾倍🤢講真，唔好話香港人唔撐香港人，係你地餐廳做低自己，唔怪得人。
