To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

假日筲箕灣泊車超級難，泊到邊食到邊，今次係拉麵店附近就試味套餐配搭都夠多，雖然拉麵款式萬變不離其宗，只有小小改動餸，但小食類別都多款揀招牌牛油拉麵-湯底正宗好濃郁小小膠口，但牛油太細舊發揮唔到香味飲2啖湯就冇左啦，义燒太薄太瘦有小小鞋，拉麵係原始曲麵又滑又爽又索湯，係我自己好鐘意嘅而家好難搵啦豬軟骨拉麵-豬軟骨要加錢諗住會好正點知炆得唔林又鞋又唔入味失望，糖心蛋色水ok但冇味道但心夠糖咖喱飯-普通日式咖哩味冇驚喜都係一般偏甜味，飯係用珍珠米，薯仔甘筍夠林串燒雞翼-即叫即燒好日本鹽燒味，面燒得好脆好乾身肉好滑仲有燒烤香味令我勾起日本食串燒滋味總結:味道都正宗岩我口味，服務唔錯， 烚蛋任食，套餐跟樽裝汽水，價錢唔算貴可以一試
