今日約咗朋友過海食飯,佢話灣仔有間食小菜嘅餐廳唔錯,其實我自己都幾鍾意食下啲小炒中菜 所以一齊去試吓😚😚原來呢度又做緊啲海鮮配清酒嘅套餐,既然係甘更加要試吓椒鹽鮮魷 $166鮮魷處理得好乾淨,唔會有腥味,粉漿亦都調校得唔錯,炸到脆卜卜 而且椒鹽味都唔會太鹹,食完一舊又一舊 簡直係送酒必備配 燦然 山廃純米雄町使用岡山特產米【雄町】,再加上通常用於釀造大吟釀既協會1801號酵母,釀造出呢一款限定酒。雖然係純米酒,但擁有果香般既吟釀香氣,仲有生原酒本身自帶既濃鬱風味,味道偏甘口,非常適合冷飲。
