適逢10月,都是大閘蟹的季節。當然不能放過這個機會,去品嚐滿口油香的大閘蟹龍苑餐廳位於Holiday Inn地庫,地理位置不錯,屬於尖沙咀旺區星期日的晚上高朋滿座很多合家歡,環境雖普通,但勝在熱鬧氣氛好呢個係我哋今日食嘅Set menu ;原價$828+10%/位,提早預訂優惠只係$498+10%/位小籠包皮厚度適中,蟹味濃郁;只是熱度沒有燙咀的感覺,湯汁略嫌不夠盅內的蟹肉和蟹膏味道豐富,而燕窩份量也很足夠,若湯汁濃稠度提高會大大加分主角出場啦!今次食既大閘蟹體積屬於偏小,所以蟹肉不算多,蟹鉗及蟹腳數目齊全。打開大閘蟹後,蟹膏量滿意,味道方面不夠甘香,有點小失望首先講一下蒸花卷,個人認為可以唔食,因為佢配蟹黃醬唔太夾,而且蒸花卷本身沒有味道。吉列大蝦外皮酥脆,蝦味鮮甜;蟹黃將濃稠度非常好,雖然醬入面都是蛋白(不是蟹肉)但是味道濃郁,配上吉列大蝦口感極佳,算是當晚我最喜愛的一道菜色。滿滿胡椒味的湯讓我們喝過不停,湯中的鮮淮山和木耳都很不錯,至於斑球切得較厚身,而且口感比較硬,最後我只食左一塊。稻庭烏冬煮得比較久,沒了招牌的煙韌度;蟹粉汁比較稀,掛不上烏冬。這道菜式非常普通,沒有驚喜兩粒都

首先講一下蒸花卷,個人認為可以唔食,因為佢配蟹黃醬唔太夾,而且蒸花卷本身沒有味道。
吉列大蝦外皮酥脆,蝦味鮮甜;蟹黃將濃稠度非常好,雖然醬入面都是蛋白(不是蟹肉)但是味道濃郁,配上吉列大蝦口感極佳,算是當晚我最喜愛的一道菜色。

總括而言,今餐蟹宴屬於中庸,沒有驚喜,但總算沒有挑剔之處;雖然有點失望,不過勝在菜式多樣,價錢不貴。

至於服務質素唔錯,有我喜歡的熱茶,茶壺下有蠟燭一直熱著,抵讚!
