To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 公平啲，這間餐廳早餐我食過幾次。今日叫個早餐，跟牛角包。同服務員阿姐: 個包凍同淋，唔該可唔可以換個？佢答我，”這個包係咁”我當堂見佢咁反應，我話: 哦，咁算。但係我食幾次都唔係咁😂你老屈個包都唔好咁明顯、亂up。你點對食客，食客點對你。好公平。建議用行動話俾佢老細聲，生意好唔好唔一定關經濟的事。附近咁多間冰室茶餐廳，又紅x冰室、波x冰室、Axxo，行遠少少有樓x冰室。要諗下咁多選擇，都幫襯支持，係愛定責任？

同老公去行完街返到荃灣就即刻搵間嘢食下午茶！行開銀龍無咩人就入咗去食嘢。乾炒豬扒意，份量味道都可以！乾炒牛河，味道可以，份量好似比乾炒豬扒意少啲！雪山西多士好味！

之前有去過旺角銀龍茶餐廳，不過啲伙記既態度真係麻麻，嚇怕我，唔想再去。今次去荃灣間銀龍試一下啦，都係用戰戰兢兢嘅心情入去。去到等一等就有位啦，我同朋友分別點咗麻辣雞冀米線（大辣），比漏咗辣醬，一同服務員一講，立即補回，態度有禮，食物不過不失我叫左魚蛋淮山麵，尼期佢地重點推介，亦都係我第一次食淮山麵，麵質爽滑唔淋，口感好好，下次可以再食叫左杯熱鴛鴦，味道都好正常。見到餐牌重有好多其他食物選擇，下次可以再去食其他嘢，不錯的選擇。
