To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 叫兩杯凍檸茶少冰，黎到有杯d冰去到個底，飲筒都插唔入，另一杯無事，望其他枱杯野得幾粒冰，有禮貌同阿姐講，都未問佢可唔可以換過杯，阿姐望都無望過杯野話唔得，淨係可以不走d冰，我話d冰滿架播，同佢講多句反白眼走左去，態度奇差，問另一個阿叔又係望都唔望話淨係做到不走d冰，好呀睇你敢唔敢不走曬d冰睇下淨幾多，不完翻黎杯野無左半杯，但仲係有大半杯冰，有人唔敢不走全部冰，cls乜杯凍檸茶好貴咩？本身叫左少冰變多冰，仲要唔聽人講態度又差，唔知點解食個飯要受委屈，兩個侍應都好驚換過杯比你，換過杯好似驚換左條命比你咁，銀龍真係狗也不吃，一星都比多，好生意呀

平時去茶餐廳或者飯店食楊洲炒飯，用料都係比較少，蝦肉好細粒，叉燒粒，火腿粒或蛋嘅配料都好少，不過今次去銀龍茶餐廳見到有 大蝦楊洲炒飯，就試吓係咪真係有大蝦先。大蝦楊洲炒飯 $68 送可口可樂一罐上到枱果然真係有大蝦，最少有 4 隻，唔知下面仲有冇，起碼俾咗六十幾蚊都要真係有料先得㗎！銀龍果然冇令我失望，大大隻蝦仁，而且叉燒粒都好多，重要係炒得好乾身，不會油淋淋，食落香口美味，蝦肉夠爽，叉燒粒同蛋夠香，淡淡的咸味，好好食，真係不錯的選擇。

朋友介紹我去銀龍食午餐，推薦佐幾款招牌嘅，最後俾佢拉住入咗喇沙肥牛湯拉麵配鹵水拼盤嘅陷阱😆。首先嗌咗碗羅宋湯，湯底濃郁，料真係實在，啖啖蔬菜同牛肉，滋味百分百！之後主菜上枱，啲肥牛薄切嘅剛好，入口即溶，喇沙湯底嘅香濃同辣勁火辣辣地撲鼻而來，過癮得嚟唔會太攻鼻。啲鹵水拼盤仲要讚下，賣相掂晒，食落同樣唔係輸論，紅腸微微香口，豆腐同鹵水旦又腍又入味，加埋牛展同生菜一齊，呢個拼盤功夫凸顯。整體經驗抵讚👍，朋友你推介得好，下次仲要再嚟挑戰其他款式，銀龍，你好味！

週末早起，於是便到附近茶記銀龍歎番個早餐。A餐 $38 ~~火腿通粉炒雙蛋配牛角酥熱咖啡B餐 $48 ~~豬扒腸仔煎蛋(轉炒蛋)火腿通粉熱咖啡早餐不過不失，炒蛋算滑，價錢親民。

今日去呢間眾安街銀龍餐廳食嘢，叫咗一杯熱咖啡（由於上次我叫即磨咖啡嘅時候，餐廳店員叫我唔駛再叫即磨，淨係叫咖啡已經可以，因為而家只剩返即磨咖啡一隻，所以唔使再叫即磨），跟住黎既咖啡嘅味唔係即磨咖啡，我就問佢點解唔係即磨，佢今次又話如果要叫即磨就要講明，我就話你哋明明上次叫我唔使咁叫，跟住佢話依家要咁叫返，咁我問佢可唔可以幫我轉返，因為你地兩個店員叫客人點叫order都唔同，跟住有個白頭廚房佬出聲話落咗糖唔可以換比我！其實首先佢哋店員叫客人落order叫嘅名次次都唔同已經係佢哋唔啱，其次係一杯幾蚊嘅咖啡者，自己店員唔啱都唔肯換返比個客人，我以後唔嚟嘞！為咗一杯幾蚊嘅咖啡而損失一個客！
