今日訂咗位去到呢間餐廳試下,online 訂咗14:00, 員工好快就打俾我,提醒我 15:00 就落場喇。我仲遲咗去到,而且要1次落order (last call), 咁就快快落單,牛舌,天婦羅,炸魚仔,甲羅燒同鮑魚。但樓面同廚房都冇 hea 做,不論招呼同食物制作絕不嗎呼,特別喺樓面親身煮甲羅燒,絕對沒有因落場時間快到而 hea 做, 仲有時間同我哋交流。超讚!! 雖然今次用餐時間很短,但這樣的服務,絕對可以再去幫襯。 continue reading

呢度真係好有用餐氣氛🇯🇵先點咗杯青蘋果乳酸,翠綠色澤嘅冰蘋果,入口清脆,略帶酸甜,清新又開胃。海膽杯擺盤精緻,海膽鮮甜濃郁,鹹度適中,口感綿密細滑,份量都幾多!蟹味噌甲羅燒蟹肉、蟹膏、蟹籽組成嘅甲羅燒,加上鵪鶉蛋,即燒即食,入口微鹹,充滿醇香,喉嚨餘韻悠長,入口滑嫩綿密!黑松露鰻魚釜飯熱氣騰騰,飯粒粘滑飽滿,松露香氣四溢,鰻魚大大件,好多汁,足足裝到五碗米飯,份量豐富。東瀛五點盛 有牡丹蝦、三文角、油甘魚腩、拖羅、帶子,刺身色澤鮮艷,擺盤精緻美觀,款款都即切即上,入口凍冰冰。另外我哋都order咗熟食~野菜天婦羅和軟殼蟹沙律,份量豐富,尤其配搭嘅沙律醬汁,味道清爽可口,酸甜適中,解膩! continue reading

今日食完好野又要番去溫書忙裡偷閒嘆完先講好近B2出口行前少少行仔轉彎上樓就到朋友話呢間有人燒埋啱晒我呢d等食既懶人一出𨋢就係,裝修都幾別緻蟹味噌甲鑼燒$68係必叫~蟹蓋滿滿既蟹膏、蟹肉、蟹籽~仲有鵪鶉蛋黃店員會將4樣食材撈勻~燒起好香,食得出既鮮味,撈飯仲正有人燒埋點可以唔叫海鮮盛盒$588有兩隻鮑魚、蟹腳、4隻蜆、兩隻生蠔、兩隻好大既帆立貝係店員燒緊期間,食住海鮮沙律$88先唔同既雜菜、車厘茄、紫菜、三文魚,用料豐富,沙律菜爽脆。飲品:梅酒加冰$58~識我既都知我好鍾意飲梅酒~酸酸甜甜好好飲乳酸梳打$58~唔錯幾濃夠汽食日本野點可以唔叫我鍾意既海膽🤤海膽杯$168兩大塊加拿大海膽~鮮甜又creamy下層係帶子夾住吞拿魚蓉非常有層次魚子既咸香係口爆開~每一口都食到鮮甜海水味跟住蜆就燒好,粒粒都有清酒同蜆肉既汁,非常juicy 鮑魚爽口彈牙,加左七味粉更突出鮑魚既甜味帆立貝超多湯汁~店員好貼心咁剪開方便食,帆立貝肉厚鮮甜,群邊剛剛好爽口唔un,膏個心仲係好滑,火喉剛剛好,我連湯汁都唔放過,飲左一大啖精華所在。蟹腳~好多肉~d肉一梳梳生蠔燒完都好大隻,勁肥美黑松露鰻魚釜飯$228上枱已經聞到黑松露既香味店員就話等20分鐘會幫我地撈勻正好就係食完超讚既海鮮就可以食佢一打開見到排到滿滿既鰻魚~口水都流撈勻後就每一口都有黑松露醬、鰻魚同埋飯焦,集軟糯香脆一身,層次分明,熱辣辣好食。兩個人食左$1382~坐得舒服枱底有籃放袋,服務一流,呢個價錢超值。 continue reading
