一上到嚟餐廳,飽覽帝苑酒店內部景觀,包括酒店房走廊同埋五部子彈𨋢,環境尚算舒服開揚,尤其是被安排一旁嘅梳化座位,帶咗啲泰國風情~🌈見好多評論都係介紹呢度嘅下午茶,今次同朋友試吓晚餐先,擔心兩個人叫a la carte份量會太多,食唔到好多種類,結果揀咗佢嘅deluxe tasting menu。👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼頭盤有青木瓜沙律非常開胃,越式粉包正常冇乜特別,西貢春卷香脆好好食,想encore多一碟。🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟跟住第一個主菜就係佢哋嘅signature,美酒火焰燒鵪鶉,店員會喺你面前用火機燒鵪鶉,嗰個火焰效果打卡一流 (不過同時好擔心佢會親隻手),燒完熱辣辣上碟好香,啲肉亦都非常之嫩滑,值得一讚。第二個主菜,粵式咖喱炒虎蝦,屬於比較甜身嘅咖喱,不過我個人鍾意食辣嘅,虎蝦啖啖肉食完都好飽吓。跟住煮食可以揀生牛肉湯河或者菠蘿炒飯,我哋各揀咗一款,因為太飽就打包走炒飯,另外牛肉湯河唔記得咗影相,不過個湯好好食,牛肉都好嫩口腍身。最後有得食三款甜品,蝴蝶酥又係佢哋樓下fine food shop最經典嘅,另外焦糖布甸同椰汁糕唔太甜都幾好食。見評語話服務一般,的而且確一入門口嗰下有個阿姐比較冇禮貌,我懷疑佢都係負責傳菜,結果佢都係叫經理過嚟幫手帶位。樓下就係佢嘅buffet餐廳,間唔時都聽到live show音樂唱歌,總括而言坐得舒服,食物環境都唔錯,值得試吓。 continue reading

酒店餐廳不外乎西餐就是日本料理~不過發現帝苑裡頭卻藏着一間越南餐廳🇻🇳看來有點新意令人非常好奇!✨軟殼蟹鴛鴦芒果紅菜頭米紙卷✨越式手拆蟹肉咖喱配蒜蓉包兩款春季主廚推介都很不錯😋米紙卷加入芒果和紅菜頭好清新,軟殼蟹大大隻又啖啖肉,一口滿足!而蟹肉咖喱也相當惹味🦀蟹肉份量多,跟香脆的蒜蓉包是絕配呢🧡✨安南濱海配烤牛肉第一次吃安南濱海,原來有點像檬粉?壓成一餅餅的麵條再夾上烤牛肉一起吃,比想像中滋味😲✨香脆西貢春卷招牌小食,外皮炸得幾香脆,帶輕微油膩感~包住滿滿的蔬菜和肉碎餡料,可以單吃或以生菜包在一起,減低油膩感🫡✨蝦球炒金邊粉以熱鍋送上金邊粉,酸甜味適中,很對胃口😌 蝦球新鮮彈牙,不過吃到最底的麵條頗油膩呢~✨椰青牛油果沙冰超大椰青!🧉可惜牛油果味很弱,椰青味較突出,有點失望🙈 continue reading

喺上面酒店住,諗住落樓下試呢間越南餐廳。大概七點左右到達。目測見到大概有三份一嘅枱係available的,當中包括完全冇人坐過,和剛有客人食完走,但未執枱。在門口有個侍應問我們有沒有訂枱,我們說沒有,跟住佢就叫我哋等等。等咗10分鐘都仲未有人再次返嚟招待,已經有少少不滿。終於有人返嚟話全部book晒只係得廁所隔離一張枱。當場面都黑埋走了。五星級酒店食肆少少customer service都唔識。如果你係全部book晒剩係得廁所隔離的枱應該一開始就話俾客人知問客人接唔接受。不是等10分鐘後你做晒你嘅嘢先至返嚟同客人講。我之後出咗去第二度食完8:30左右返嚟見到頭先無人坐過枱繼續冇人坐。 continue reading
