尖沙咀白蘭軒道短少隱蔽,卻隱藏了不少CP值高的日本料理店,例如「嵐橋日本料理」,是間位於樓上一樓的居酒屋,樓下是嵐橋丼飯專門店,入口在旁邊上樓梯。如一般日式居酒屋,項目選擇琳琅滿目,難得水準穩定,處理細心,材料非常新鮮尤其是刺身,而且份量十足,如果在附近覓食的話,我的推介!店子佈置簡約,日本風情滿溢,寬敞舒適,亦設有私人房間雅座。刺身:養殖中拖羅(兩切)$188日本牡丹蝦(兩切)$178新鮮鯖魚(兩切)$98我們選擇了三款刺身,以乾冰盛著,刺身拼盤形式送上,處理認真。鯖魚皮亮麗吸引,配上少許薑葱,一點魚腥味也沒有,非常新鮮肉嫩。中拖羅入口即化,完全無筋,媲美大拖羅。牡丹蝦無比鮮美,蝦頭有膏。 深海池魚壽司 (2件)$124 三文魚籽壽司 (2件)$96 點了兩款壽司,竟然配以高級料理店的赤醋飯,可見魚生片極新鮮味濃。天婦羅盛盒 $128絕對物有所值,份量不少,兩只蝦、一片魚、冬菇、南瓜、甜薯等,炸得酥脆不油膩。西京銀鱈魚 $187非常滑溜的魚肉,配上濃甜的醬汁。安格斯牛肉鍋燒烏冬 $148廚房早已替我們一分為二,非常細心,份量足夠兩人分享。牛肉香嫩,烏冬順滑有力。 continue reading
