蟹子沙律:切得好幼既青瓜絲配上蛋黃醬,去除左青瓜既草青味,只剩低清新既感覺,加上粒粒蟹子令口感更豐富,出奇地好味😋沙追魚天婦羅:呢個價錢有3舊魚加片紫蘇葉幾抵食喎,魚肉幾滑,不過個天婦羅汁就有啲唔夠咸。火炙三點刺身:有炙燒帶子、拖羅同左口魚邊配上海膽同三文魚子,左口魚邊啲油份燒出黎好香,帶子冇咁多油但鮮味同面頭既焦香融合埋一齊好好味,美中不足既係拖羅有啲過熟既感覺,不過有燒過既油香搭救,海膽同三文魚都幾鮮甜,中和番炙燒刺身油膩感。芥末青瓜:估唔到芥末同青瓜係咁夾既!佢地將青瓜個芯批左出黎果舊特別好味,可能因為相對有皮既入味啲,吸左啲柚子醋同芥末,都係令到個青瓜完全冇草青味又開胃。串燒:最中意係燒年糕,本身以為佢係入面有芝士果隻原來冇,但冇芝士冇咁膩更加好味;免治雞肉串點蛋黃醬油唔會錯啦;青椒蝦滑就偏辣唔食得辣既要小心;雞皮同菇本身冇咩調味,我地唯有點番蛋黃醬油😂呢到仲有啲特別啲既串燒例如係提燈同埋鵝肝大黑菇,可以一試👏🏻環境方面非常唔錯,坐吧枱可以幫住師傅整野食,吧枱凳高侍應仲會好貼心幫我地推凳,廁所都乾淨企理。餐廳仲有生蠔供應,價錢都好親民,大家中意蠔既話都可以黎試下! continue reading

一位深綠色衫女店員,應該係經理,態度十分極之差。 真係難怪而家越嚟越多港人北上消費。 餐牌上寫住生蠔四隻配一杯白酒,送上嚟嘅時候變咗rose,問呢位女店員,佢就話係㗎啦得呢款, 基本上係送嘅咁你要唔要? 我哋心諗咩叫送呢!?你喺餐牌寫出嚟,其實價錢已計在內!白酒配生蠔應該係夾嘅,你而家整杯rose? 跟住我哋話我哋唔要喇,然後佢就好黑面,大大聲聲向廚房講,掉咗啲生蠔佢! 大佬呀,而家係你違反咗商品說明條例在先,態度仲可以咁差? 呢位綠色衫店員落單其實已經好hea,我哋叫一個 松葉蟹蓋燒, 我仲有指住本menu話畀佢聽喺邊款。。 埋單發現佢落單嗰款都係蟹蓋不過多咗幾件多士,然後由原本嘅好似68變成128。 既然都食咗,我哋都冇問返佢了。唉~ 廚師發板壽司質素亦超級麻麻, 啲飯應該煮過了太久時間或者加咗太多水,然後用力手握完之後個口感好差,連wasabi 都無加入,睇相都見到軍艦嗰兩件嘅紫菜完全淋曬 !!咁嘅質素絕對唔值呢個價 (HK$388 未加一)。 連平價連鎖餐廳 元x 都好食過佢好多。 彈還彈,讚還讚,呢度有位黑色衫短頭髮嘅女店員禮貌非常好,可惜好人通常都畀人蝦,朋友聽到佢同綠色衫女店員講自己剛剛淥親隻手,眼見隻手真係紅咗脹咗,但係綠色衫裏店員都無動於衷。反而黑色衫女店員仲繼續做嘢。 工傷喎,真係完全唔理會㗎喎?!當時好想即刻同高級經理反映呢件事,但係見到在場得綠色衫女士係著綠色衫,其他全部人著黑色衫,咁我同朋友估計綠色衫嘅店員已經係可能最高級嗰位,真係投訴無門! continue reading
