呢間餐廳好多年前食過,印象都幾好,儲落好多熟客,今次特登搵返佢嚟食!今次叫咗佢最新出品嘅拌麵系列,嗌咗個「藤椒麻醬拌麵」($75) 配四大名醋之鎮江骨拉麵,佢都有唔同麵底可以配,我就覺得麻醬拌嘅話,都係拉麵正啲,呢款麵雖然有啲邪惡,但真係正到不得了,佢嘅藤椒好香口,入口真係一秒麻痺神經,加埋啲椒麻油香氣,惹味非常,撈埋麻醬,補足返啲芝麻甜香,再加上一大堆青瓜,整個菜式又清新,味道又夠複雜。而鎮江骨係另上嘅,令兩個汁唔會撈埋一齊,鎮江骨都炆得好冧,酸酸甜甜,十分好食。懷念藥膳湯底,所以另一個就嗌咗「成年人不作選擇刀削麵」($80),個名夠曬盞鬼,其實就係指「香滑落湯雞、牛頸脊同豬軟骨」,首先要讚嘅係個藥膳湯真係好正,Keep到水準!雞嘅數量唔算好多,但都夠食,落湯雞就唔係追求嫩滑嘅口感,但就好配到個藥膳底;而牛頸脊同豬軟骨都幾有水準,煮得夠冧同入味,一碗麵有咁多配料我已經好滿意喇!食得豐富啲加啲小食,加咗一隻「藥膳糖心蛋」(+$12),糖心蛋真係game changer,加落個麵度超好食,流啲蛋漿出嚟超yummy另外加咗一客「蒸鮮肉大白菜及小棠菜雲吞(兩粒)」(+$12),大粒到爆!而且有好多肉,更加飽肚,又唔會太heavy最後呢款「香酥炸小雲吞(十粒)」(+$12)比較少見,脆卜卜之餘又細細粒,可以過吓口癮最後加杯凍奶茶(+$9)(少甜少冰),作為奶茶控嚟講,呢杯我覺得都中上,奶同茶嘅搭配都幾均衡,奶味出少少埋單都係一人一百蚊,食到攬住個肚走! continue reading

去維園睇花卉展,朋友說去食一間歷史悠久的刀削麵。店舖門面簡單,一個大大隻「麵」字。原來麵店創於1994年,是香港第一家引進刀削麵的餐廳,現在已經是第二代經營。最出名係口水雞,花雕醉雞。還有雲吞、水餃🥟。也有不同的小食。花雕醉雞,刀削麵,藥膳湯底 $68。醉雞剛剛好是雞髀位置,雞肉滑嫩,花雕酒味濃郁,的而且確值得推介。刀削麵用砂鍋上枱,熱辣辣,份量很多,湯有輕微的藥膳味道,刀削麵粗幼長短不一,口感層次豐足。秘製麻辣口水雞,刀削麵藥膳湯(小辣) $68口水雞剛剛是雞胸位置,雖然是小辣, 但辣味香口突出,雞胸肉沒有肥膏,質感比較硬。太子雞翼5隻 $36雞翼大大隻,炸得非常香脆。價錢不貴,份量頗多。埋單$172, 銅鑼灣這個商家必爭之地,這個價錢,這個份量,這個質素,真心值得推薦。非常支持小店,加上是第二代,並不是連鎖店,希望能夠繼續保持下去。 continue reading

餐廳:麵館皇 (銅鑼灣)地址:銅鑼灣登龍街32號地舖由1994年到依家已經有30年歷史,銅鑼灣登龍街呢間麵館皇最近由第二代接班人接手,重新裝修個餐廳同更新咗餐牌,繼續將刀削麵嘅精粹發揮得淋漓盡致。餐廳基本上手工整到嘅食物都喺自家製,包括麵底、餃子🥟、雲吞、小籠包等,而佢哋嘅藥膳湯底更加喺招牌,唔少人食過都大讚👍,平日午市過嚟仲成日大排長龍㗎老闆堅持每日一早就返到餐廳開始熬製湯底👨🏼‍🍳,真材實料唔落味精,希望食客可以品嘗得到濃郁真味道;配埋佢哋自己整嘅麵條,加上大份夾抵食嘅價錢,試問又有邊個抵擋得到😋✝️成年人不作選擇 $80叫咗刀削麵,手工刀削每條粗幼都不一,口感食落煙韌彈牙,配上新鮮豬骨清湯🐷,連埋超足料嘅香滑落湯雞、家鄉祖傳豬軟骨同特級手切牛頸脊,豬牛雞樣樣齊唔洗揀😌,雞件多肉唔會得啲骨同皮,豬軟骨原件上唔會碎濕濕,牛頸脊更加帶有陣陣牛羶香🐮,份量幾乎多到兩個人Share食都夠飽✝️羊腩煲灌湯麵 $98咁凍嘅天氣緊喺要叫返個秘製羊腩手擀麵暖暖胃❄️,手擀麵有啲似我哋平時食嘅千層麵同闊條麵合體版,口感比較爽滑軟身,浸喺加咗紅棗、杞子、當歸、黨參等材料熬製而成嘅藥膳湯底,補氣補血又益身💪,男女老少都好啱,羊肉份量都足,但比起另一碗麵感覺份量就有啲少,羊羶香加上腐乳嘅配搭真喺無敵。加$12叫多咗個蒸鮮肉大白菜同小棠菜雲吞,皮薄餡料勁足,差啲撐爆塊皮咁濟,試完一次搞到我好想下次過嚟食佢哋啲雲吞同餃子🥟食完嘢飲埋餐廳自己整嘅無糖冷泡茶🍵,定時會用唔同茶葉🌱,今次我飲嘅喺鴨屎香,清新甘香,解膩解渴一流 continue reading

Recommended by my friend as I was craving for a bowl of hot soup noodle. My friend brought me to this restaurant claiming this place could satisfy my crave. Restaurant wasn't as big as those commercialised noodle restaurants, but definitely crowded. Menu served different types of noodle, sides and rice sets. We ordered drunken kitchen in Chinese pappardelle, vegetarian in sliced noodle with added Chinese bakchoi and cabbage wontons and crispy red bean pancake. For drinks, we asked for their sugar-free tea.Noodle was served in a boiling hot clay pot. Vegetarian ones could have more vegetables. Cabbage based. Few shredded carrots, dried tofu and black fungus were served. Sliced noodle portion was relatively big. Pretty filling. Noodle was on a hard side which I quite like the chew. Broth was savoury while not as herbal as I thought it would be. Not bad.Drunken chicken was not as flavourful as I thought it would be. Few slices were very fattening. Portion was again bigger than expected. Chinese pappardelle was smooth and thick noodle kind. A very warming option.Wontons were thinly wrapped. Stuffed with diced vegetables. Love the earthy light flavour. Will try out more of their options as they did have various dumpling types. Red bean pancakes were in golden yellow. Stuffed with smooth red bean paste. Crispy wrapper with a hint of sweetness from the red bean. It will be appreciated if they kept some red beans in shape for an extra chew. Anyway, love it.Overall, it was a surprising restaurant that hidden in the bustling Causeway Bay. Will come back for their dumplings and beef dishes. continue reading

銅鑼灣條街都食得算多,今次就試吓啲地道啲嘅,所以揀咗呢一間麵館皇。佢哋叫餐嘅組合都幾自家製,真係可以配唔同嘅拌麵湯麵再配唔同嘅餸,而且麵底都可以揀,種類選擇都算多。藤椒麻醬拌麵配柱候牛腩($75): 面底轉咗做刀削麵,自己睇住廚房嗰個細窗口,見到師傅真係用一大舊麵團逐片逐片整出嚟,而家喺香港好似比較少見。滕朝麻將前者嘅味道比較出,所以都偏辣辣地嘅,刀削麵煮得煙人,都幾過到口人。柱候牛腩有青瓜墊底,略嫌牛腩有少少細舊。藥膳自家製米粉配香酥炸雞扒($75): 叫左一啲完全唔同嘅嘢,藥膳再配自家製米粉,米粉比出邊食開嘅福字米粉厚身,而且較煙靭,藥膳湯底藥膳味不太突出。本身滿心期待嘅香酥炸雞扒上菜嘅時候變咗炸雞件,同樣都係有青瓜墊底。好彩炸雞件都係新鮮即炸,而且都好入味,有補救返。額外叫多咗呢個太子雞翼五隻($36)純粹見到隔籬枱食覺得好靚仔,真係完全做到酥炸嘅感覺,如果鍾意食炸嘢嘅朋友一定唔可以錯過,食落去仲有肉汁標出來新鮮熱辣辣!總結:我諗呢一度嘅選擇,真係可以自己diy揀鍾意食嘅嘢,下次可以再試吓唔同嘅配搭。呢一款港式撈麵其實都幾新鮮。 continue reading
