我之前都試過佢哋嘅素菜,覺得味道唔錯。今次我叫「南乳齋煲糖醋咕嚕」。呢道菜係用南乳齋代替咗肉,再用糖醋咕嚕嘅做法烹煮。我對素食嘅印象一直都係齋口無味,但呢道菜真係顛覆咗我嘅想像。南乳齋煲糖醋咕嚕,仲叫咗一杯菊花茶。南乳齋煲糖醋咕嚕係麗姐廚房嘅招牌菜之一,用咗南乳、豆腐、菠蘿、洋蔥等食材製成。南乳嘅鹹香配埋糖醋嘅酸甜,味道好夾。豆腐好香而且仲好嫩滑。菠蘿同洋蔥就增加咗菜式嘅口感。素食真係好出色,完全唔輸畀葷菜。 continue reading

連日來肉食不斷,友人提議食齋,清一清腸胃。酸齋的麵筋軟腍度剛剛好,極之入味。汁液不會太過酸,是正好用來開胃那種。加上香口的芝麻,錦上添花!糖醋咕嚕炒的是猴頭菇,以菠蘿及青椒同炒。猴頭菇吃下真的似是肉,完全沒有違和感。火候十足,咕嚕汁更是美妙,佐飯佳品!南乳齋煲內不同的食材包括荷蘭豆、木耳、甘荀、粟米粒、旺菜及各種的菇菌。南乳汁的味很溫和很出,堅好食。粟米粥的材料不只粟米,更有些紅蘿蔔和菇菌。粥底綿滑,調味恰好,整碗粥喝得好舒服,兼且份量充足,定必足矣。每樣都相當到味,吃完也不會瘋狂口渴,很不錯的一餐。 continue reading

每逢初一十五, 都會同豬寶食素,一直都聽聞麗姐食物唔錯,好想去試下,今次一於訂位去一試一上枱前菜已好有心機,有青瓜同毛豆,驚喜毛豆有調過味,好好食台灣炒米(有蛋)好多配料,有素叉燒火腿,冬菇絲,椰菜,芹菜;米粉沾滿蛋,調味確有台灣風味黑醋咕嚕有蓮藕,有茄子,紅蘿蔔;仲有主角鮮竹粒, 多層腐皮,食落有層次有厚度,有肉嘅煙韌感,黑醋酸度剛剛好,好開胃,唔會有油膩感食物保持穩定,出品有水準,個人幾鐘意麗姐嘅落味同調味 continue reading

灣仔出名素食餐廳麗姐廚房🧑🏻‍🍳平日lunch都有提供三餸飯,每日菜單都有唔同,晚餐都有多款素食小菜、炸物,平均$80-$90道🌟蜜汁叉燒🌟糖醋咕嚕🌟黑松露牛油果炒飯🌟栗子腐球煲味道上幾好,不過糖醋咕嚕份量比較少🙈雖然件件都幾大舊叉燒帶點燶邊,幾有口感,食多幾件都唔會膩😬冇半肥瘦叉燒咁heavy!炒飯黑松露味好香,粒粒分明,炒得乾身整晚最濃味就係栗子腐球煲,栗子燜到好粉糯👍🏻 continue reading

Dinner @ 麗姐廚房 ~虔誠的天主教徒,通常在星期三和星期五都會受齋,「四旬期」都常常守齋 ....守齋日,就去 💛「麗姐廚房」吃素 ~餐前小吃:餐前小吃就是枝豆, 簡簡單單的在枝豆灑上了鹽巴,鹹香好吃 ~蜜汁叉燒:叉燒香噴噴,似是輕烤過的,用豆製製成的叉燒,當然沒有真正叉燒,半肥瘦的豐膄甘香的味道,但味道實在好吃,堅正 ~麻婆豆腐:吃得出是精心烹調,大約是七分麻,三分辣,吃起上來認真夠味道,絕對不會比真正用肉煮成的麻婆豆腐遜色 ~本篇完 ~ continue reading
