男友話好想食家鄉菜,拿拿林上openrice 搵幾間比佢揀。佢話2021 第一餐要食好啲,於是㨂左位於利舞臺「滬江大飯店」中午来到,入去大廳,大把枱任坐,我哋兩個人座六人枱,呢刻覺得開食店真陰公。一心來吃點心,原來點心種類不多,點左幾款點心都無,幾令人失望。其中兩款冷盤鎮江肴肉$98不像平時的水晶肴肉,這個肴肉花紋也很美,呈現大理石花紋,只可惜沒有水晶部份,口感如吃瘦肉一樣,我吾識欣賞。上海烤麸$80基本上都吾會點差既冷盤,不過用料和份量略少,味道ok 的。小籠包$52熱辣辣好味,肉香湯汁足,皮略厚。成餐最好食嘅點心蔥油餅$50即叫即炸,超熨口,裏面嘅蔥油炒得好香,好惹味,香脆可口。前菜炸花生$30茶錢每位$15全單九折$170如果淨係想食點心唔建議去呢度,銅鑼灣仲有好多吾錯選擇,而且價錢比較貴。

Other Info. : 晚飯期間有個阿姐攞支棍出來, 棍頂包住塊布. 做咩? 抹一小段冷氣出口位, 唔夠半呎前, 有一大張大檯嘅人食緊飯. 後面仲有個伙記捧住碟菜, 照上 冇眼睇, 以為自己去咗茶餐廳

來第二次的原因是吃過第一次後便念念不忘那一份, 一星期我光顧了這餐館兩次。前幾天,第三次光顧,很想把食物相放上來分享,可惜好像只限12張。價錢不是大平賣;雖然兩次消費都有折扣劵,但人均消費約200-250元。由於份量足,不是哈比人餐,而且大部份菜式是水準之作,咁真心一句,整合來計,這價錢算是付得冇怨言。唯一要彈就是細檯的區域有點迫,亦因此變得有點不清靜。吃了那麼多次,最稍為遜色是肴肉(說是遜色,不是不好吃),因為肉有點大舊 ,吃起來比較少少硬口,但不至於難食。滬菜屬濃味,如果怕鹹就不要揀茶香雞,奄篤鮮湯,因為我覺得如果雞及湯再淡口點就完美。最後是講講服務,中規中矩,有改善空間。
