大大話話係東匯海鮮火鍋飯店都食咗差唔多十年,知道商場嚟緊會大裝修,唔知裝修完之後都會仲會唔會喺度呢?今日夜晚同兩個朋友嚟食飯,叫咗四個餸,但因為唔係我埋單所以唔係太知價錢冰鎮滷水鮑魚仔鮑魚仔彈牙唔會韌,滷得好入味,點小小芥辣食仲正豉油皇中蝦中蝦都幾大隻,差唔多隻隻都有蝦膏,豉油皇甜甜地好惹味翠綠炒青衣球本來想蒸條斑食,但因為我哋成日都食蒸魚,所以今日轉食炒班球,啖啖肉唔使吐骨枝竹火腩炆骨腩枝竹豆腐炆得好入味,但有少少油,骨腩都多肉其實呢度好似係阿拉斯加長腳蟹專門店,但係咁多年來都未食過,希望佢裝修之前食到一次啦

Great service. They don't normally serve coffee, but went out of their way to make it for me today. Delicious siu mai and congee. Well worth the visit to check out this jolly joint where the old folks hang out to read their newspapers with morning breakfast.

很久沒嘆下午茶,星期六在家附近東匯中心的東匯海鮮火鍋飯店嘆下午茶。東匯中心整個商場曾經改裝為水簇廣場,打造為另一個花園街的金魚街,最終失敗。現在打回原型,商場現祗有一檔水簇館,售賣熱帶魚。此商場屬街坊商場,沒有什麼觀賞價值,勝在商品價格實惠。現在介紹的東匯海鮮火鍋飯店當然也不例外。因為家在酒家附近,也會常來光顧。此店是一般街坊酒樓裝飾,簡潔為主,服務及環境一般。下午茶有多款特價點心,經濟抵食。點心叫了香芋煎堆仔($11.8)、紅油炒手($11.8)、薑蔥牛肉角($9.8)、脆香九菜角($13.8)及燒鴨魚湯瀨粉($11.8)。香芋煎堆仔,炸得金黃,餡料芋泥夠香,一口吃下,外皮脆,內芋泥餡料香軟,口感不錯。紅油抄手,一碟四隻,帶酸辣味,好味開胃。薑蔥牛肉角,角皮有點厚,浸在醬汁,再配香蔥,味道不錯。脆香九菜角,煎得香口,入口鬆化、九菜味香濃。至於燒鴨魚湯瀨粉,燒鴨有點冷,味道一般,而瀨粉湯底祗有微溫感覺,不夠熱燙。此店食品水準一般,論價錢則算相當抵食。

再來就將責任完全放在我身上,那男士指出紙上的條款,說沒騙人,價錢咁低仲邊有八折,真係呃都呃得幾十蚊,邊會咁呃人法?!我重申我己問了他們職員,要求減番,佢就話咁口同鼻拗啦,可能言語上有誤會,有不滿你可去消委會,再講落去冇意思,但公司沒騙人不可少收錢,現在你唔埋單就唯有報警處理,唔係兇人,只係講出會點做。
我沒錄低與第一位男侍應的對話,
相信消委會或其他咩咩條例都唔會幫到我。可能有人認為「價錢咁低仲邊有八折」,顧客可自行推理出來,又可能其他人在其他店有遇上更差嘅情況,但我今次在此店真係極不愉快,希望有心光顧此店的人不再遇到此情況。
只是與家人食便飯,上菜時沒影相,補幾個字啦!

晨早醒咗瞓唔著, 上網搵吓邊樹有早茶飲... 搵到呢間東匯開7:30AM...未夠7:30AM去到東匯門口, 見到入面已經坐滿老人家, 好辛苦先見到最入嘅柱後面有1張枱未有人坐, 但係個服務員竟然叫我地搭枱, 我地唔肯, 佢又話等陣有人o黎都係要搭枱...坐低咗, 入埋點心紙, 先留意到... 咦... 點解全部人都係齋坐冇o野食嘅... 同埋... 點解好似冇冷氣嘅...等等等等等... 等到7:29AM, D食物終於一次過湧出o黎啦... D冷氣都開始湧出o黎啦... 咦... 好多人都係食盅頭飯喎, 8蚊咋... 其次就係大包... 好少人叫一籠籠嘅點心...豉油皇銀芽炒油麵-- 好油呀!!! 同埋D麵淋PAT PAT, 豉油皇唔知去咗邊, d麵冇咩味, 反而蛋絲煎得幾香口...香煎蝦米腸-- D腸粉唔使放入口都知道唔好食, 爛蓉蓉咁, 口感太腍, 加咗豉油都冇味, 蔥花仍冇香味, 整體都幾難食...眉豆花生豬骨粥-- D粥都煲得好棉, 配料唔多, 又係冇咩味...唔知係咪照顧老人家嘅需要, d食物基本上腍到爛, 唔係咬, "梅"吓就吞得, 而且所有食物都冇味... 我地以極速食

好懷疑呢度早市咁平冇理由有錢賺, 可能都係蝕賣比呢班老人家當回饋社會...

周五晚上,兒子要聽 seminar, 不回家用膳,正當盤算著和老公兩口子到那裡吃飯之際,豈料他已來電說仍在辦公室裡埋頭苦幹,要晚點才能下班,還提議我等埋他放工後,一起到家附近的酒樓吃小菜撐檯腳。真好,反正不用我這個超級懶精開火鑽,當然舉腳讚成。記得以往逢周一至周五,晚上九點後,到這間「東匯」吃晚飯,它的小菜是有特價的,不過筆者已有好一段日子沒來用膳,初頭還以為現今通貨膨脹,優惠理應已大幅削減,點知原來這晚的二人套餐,原價 $168, 已包例湯、三款小菜和甜品,九時後更有 8 折,難怪剛進來時,大堂已坐滿食客。當晚的例湯,是冬瓜紅蘿蔔瘦肉薏米湯,以一的個大湯碗盛載,足可分成 5 飯碗,冬瓜入口味道清甜,而且具有祛濕消滯、清熱解毒之效,非常適合經常加班的老公。小菜方面,先來的沙薑霸王雞,其實碟頭不大,而且雞件略嫌過於奀瘦,幸好雞肉吃起來不覺嚡口,蘸上沙薑汁及蔥油同吃,味道還算不俗。記得往日吃的沙薑雞,雞件會加入豉油和沙薑等調味料煎香,故入口不單雞味濃郁,還帶有陣陣沙薑風味,但現今的沙薑雞,大多要靠醬料來提味,水準確不大如前。跟著上的蘿蔔浸牛腩,以一個大瓦煲奉上,份量看起來絕對足夠三

跟著上的蘿蔔浸牛腩,以一個大瓦煲奉上,份量看起來絕對足夠三至四人同吃。先看看煲內的牛腩,肉質相當之瘦,而且不帶半點爽脆筋位,挾起一塊放進嘴裡,沒想到這件看來沒甚油脂的牛腩,咬落竟然非常軟腍。至於蘿蔔,入口清甜無渣,而且個湯底喝起來更有濃烈的香辣胡椒味,真的不錯啊!

餘下一款小菜,老公選了吊片蒸茄子,墊底的茄子入口清爽鮮甜,腍得嚟又不太軟身,加上索滿醬汁,味道恰到好處,連平日不愛吃茄子的我,這晚也忍不住不停地把茄子往嘴裡送。至於面頭的吊片,軟硬度尚算適中,只可惜不太入味,還是惹味的茄子較討人喜愛。
