I was very sad to see their salmon rosti with salmon roe disappear from their menu. I know multiple people who often went for that dish. Please bring it back!The coffee is very good and the atmosphere is nice. Just hope they bring back the rosti dish!

要係銅鑼灣靜靜地坐底嘆杯咖啡用電腦做工作幾少時最理想之地一定是「The Coffee Academics 」已有小數外國人發現此休憩之地地方大又有輕鬆音樂聽加上有陽光照入黎暖暖的好舒服忌廉芝士煙三文魚配牛角包 $78今次叫個輕食餐一個包再加少許沙律，再配杯lattle忌廉芝士煙三文魚配牛角包係經典組合味道好好食，有好多塊三文魚三文魚多到每啖都食到忌廉芝士味濃但唔會搶曬三文魚的味道大家配合都係少少咸味，開胃吸引配埋沙律食就又fresh又有口感杯Lattle味道正常拉花係靚的，所以好岩打卡而且拉花技術好穩定每次飲lattle的拉花都好靚~

Came here on a Saturday morning and glad it wasn't too crowded. The place is nicely decorated, comfy but the seating is a bit tight.Although this place is famous for coffee but I wasn't in a mood for my daily dose of coffee. There are plenty of choices from the menu and I've ordered the eggs benedicts and the avocado toast which were both tasty. The two eggs from the eggs benedicts weren't runny but it wasn't an issue. My only complain would be the tiny portion given the above average price tag.

平時都係飲開Starbucks 多。 今次試下精品咖啡。點咗杯flat white.入口咖啡味係平較淡啲，之後會有微微烤香既感覺，再配合奶香味。除咗味道感受，聞落都有陣陣咖啡香！
