This place just moved a few days ago. The prices are very high, e.g. $23 USD (HK$180) for fired rice dishes, but the pork and other items look good from the pictures and reviews. Turns out the meal had no flavor and was insanely overpriced. The sauteed vegetables with ginger were just steamed with no seasoning or even ginger! The pork vermicelli mushroom dish had no pork, and the crispy pork sweet/sour was bland and ordinary. The service was excellent but the horrible flavorless food was a joke.

It was so bad we thought perhaps it was even intentional. I've eaten at Panda Chinese kitchen in the USA (one time only!) and this was even worse than that! Yikes. We paid HK280, ($36 USD) EACH for a meal that should have cost $4.

身邊親朋戚友多愛蘿蔔糕,所以找緊機會一嚐被打入冷宮的芋頭糕,其實我也十分喜愛芋頭糕,只是芋頭有點膩,不能吃太多而已。

挺身金黃的芋頭糕,糕質軟糯綿滑,摻雜香軟的芋頭粒,味道柔和。唯芋香較為單薄,若然加入五香粉,不知對芋香的提昇會否有幫助。

老公推介了燒味中的燒一字排骨,但燒鵝是星期日的特有菜式,相信較一字排骨較難駕馭,且看看其功架吧!

燒鵝皮七成脆、三成腍,皮下脂肪不算多,入口不覺異常肥膩;至於鵝肉,部份則較為老身,不明是否與鵝隻太瘦有關,而醃味尚算恰好,如果香料味再突出一點,吸引度會驟增。總體而言,燒鵝跟預期有著落差!

另一道媽媽的至愛屬於蝦籽竹笙豆腐。其好吃之關鍵乃在於蝦籽灑得毫不吝嗇,若這樣的話已是早著了先機,再加上豆腐的滑以及竹笙的容易嗦味的特性及微帶爽口,就算連圍碟邊的菜段也是預先將大部份的菜葉全切掉,剩下上桌的盡皆為最爽最甜的小莖....故此所有事情結合起來便成為一碟令人食得愜意的餸菜了....

是夜的另一道大菜炆斑翅竟也讓人失望 ---- 斑尾的皮縱然膠質極重夠啜口亦帶Q勁,肉亦甚夠甜也嫩滑,但其最大的弊處則是吃時竟感到有一股濃厚揮之不去的腥氣,由此令滋味大打折扣;對我來說,反而吸盡獻汁及魚味的生菜及冬菇豬肉絲是更具吸引力....

爸爸推薦的梅菜扣肉是蠻不錯的,肉是片得甚薄顯露出刀功來 (儘管我個人吃扣肉的喜好是要厚切且帶點咬頭的)。脂肪部份佔了整片肉的差不多七十個巴仙,質地是超滑溜跡近入口即溶但出奇地不膩;至於身旁的甜梅菜也不差,吸盡了肉汁精華的它微甜中見豐厚....

這飯是絕對有福記八成的水平 ---- 入口乾身而非旱也不見油淋淋;鮑汁味是香濃但又不會太鹹;掏一啖飯進口中只覺滿是一絲絲的蟹肉用料甚足。唯一要詬病的是感覺上材料是少了許多的燒鴨粒及鮮蝦 (不過這倒可能是因我那碗是未掏到更多材料而已,全是運氣不足使然)....

福記的點心一向出色,埋尾來了兩道小甜點盡皆精品 ---- 椰汁糕有著非常濃郁的椰香,甜度足之餘又滑嘟嘟;另一道經典豆沙蘋果角外皮煙煙韌韌全不黏筷見功力;豆沙又香又滑也全塞得滿滿的....

我分析過,點解呢餐咁難食,其中一個原因可能係個廚房唔識做「平嘢」,大抵鮑參翅肚可能比較撚手,即係話呢間嘢都只係啱食貴嘢,但是只懂做貴菜,家常小菜卻做得不好,又怎會是一間成功的酒樓

唯一可以讚係服務,各位阿姐好好笑容,冇sell 我哋食貴嘅,仲讚個朋友自己整個蛋糕靚添。 不過,無論如何,冇下次。

3)錦鹵雲吞:雲吞炸得好脆,有原隻蝦餡,好味;不過個汁就好吾得,首先是個汁只係用個大的豉油碟上,好少之餘又吾覺裡面有任何料,感覺好似廚房用哂d汁吾夠比我哋咁,好可憐,我冇點,因為吾係太好汁加上粉量太少,便留給友人亨用
4)金錢肚:有驚喜!份量大,冇用配菜墊高,2層加埋起碼有8件!d肚吾un,易咬但吾太淋,好入味,不過可能太多調味,食完整天都好口渴

*整體來說吾impressed. 酒店中菜廳價錢(點心由$50起),質素實在好一般,服務員算殷勤,不過以$290(已是Credit card 10% off) 2人只吃了4個好一般嘅點心, 吾值,試一次夠了

**我哋張枱好近張員工工作枱,個阿姐接電話及打電話confirm booking我都聽到,連佢同其他同事打牙骹,有人講粗口我都聽到,可見果度其實比起其他茶樓應該冇咁嘈 hahaa

蜜汁叉燒腸 $60: 8.5分, 當然也要點選文迪的心頭好, 說的就是蜜汁叉燒腸, 賣相是對辦的, 腸粉皮呈晶瑩剔透的感覺, 也夠薄身. 至於叉燒方面, 蜜味不俗, 選取的肉不會太肥, 旁邊還跟上菜心, 會是健康一點的安排.

: 9分, 雖然已經吃了蜜汁叉燒腸, 但來到家全七福, 不吃吃蜜汁叉燒, 又怎能夠滿足呢. 午市來到, 可以在點心紙上點選, 價位只是$140, 比起晚市供應的份量少一點, 但也比較便宜, 兩口子吃就很合適. 是日吃到的叉燒分兩部份, 右手面的是比較瘦的, 有咬口, 但肉質仍算嫩滑, 入口無渣, 蜜味濃郁. 至於左手面的就是肥肉部份, 實在是相當肥美的, 還帶點焦香, 讓人忍不住一件接一件的吃下去呢.

蛋黃蓮蓉包 $40: 9分, 來得晚了, 麻蓉包已經賣光, 沒有辦法, 唯有改為試試蛋黃蓮蓉包. 一客三個, 份量也不少. 包身是相當鬆軟的, 入面的蓮蓉餡是相當香甜的, 鹹蛋黃更是相當甜美, 當然, 蛋黃跟蓮蓉是永遠的好拍檔, 這是個我從小已懂得的道理.

整體來講, 家全七福是相當有水準的店子, 當中的蜜汁叉燒以及蛋黃蓮蓉包是令人相當滿意的. 加上這裡的環境舒適, 店員服務態度友善, 是跟家人朋友飲茶的好地方呢. 埋單每人$215, 不便宜, 但合理. 當然, 下次再來, 就真的要試試這裡的晚市水準了.

家全七福開了這麼久,才第一次惠顧。之前已聽聞此店有信用卡優惠,已隱隠感到生意難做。星期日晚抵達,只見大廳只有另外兩枱,人氣果然稍欠。先來的燒雞肝,味道不錯(7/10),有懷舊粵菜風味。迷你冬瓜盅賣相合格,但細嚐下,湯底和刀功都稍遜福臨門。(6/10)見餐牌有雞子戈渣(8/10),以為要預訂,怎知即點也有,馬上點了一客。原來雞子戈渣是用新鮮雞子,以人手去衣,搗爛加粟粉和上湯煮,最後再上生粉炸。這完全是功夫菜,也是平常少見,大家吃來都覺得新奇,外面薄脆、內裏軟滑。油泡石班球合格(8/10)咸魚煎雞餅(6/10)咸魚不夠惹味,如果煎得薄身一些,應該更香脆好吃。葡汁焗五蔬(5/10),我有把握能煮得好過佢,汁不夠香、蔬菜切得太大件。預訂的芋頭梅子蒸鵝,鵝身韌得咬不入,以預訂菜式來計,不可接受。馬上反映,隨後侍應取回重做,竟然是稔的。太奇怪了,有炆得的稔不給我們,投訴後才換一份給我們,為什麼一早不給?而且芋頭分開上,炆得不夠稔,也是敗筆。部長寫菜時推介珍菌石榴包(4/10),說是用日本腐皮,送來時是一人一份,已心知不妙,埋單是每份$120,淡得幾乎冇味,也貴得嚇人。這故事教訓我們,推介要不得,通

友人吃的甜品,芒果布甸和蛋白杏仁茶(各$50),國福樓也只是$38。
埋單匯豐卡有95折。家全七福與福臨門、國富樓同氣連枝,所以預想水準應該相差不遠,結果還是以前兩者較優勝。

小食叫左炸蝦多士 ($240/8件), 蜜汁燒鱔 $260, 鹵水豬腳仔 $170, 海蜇 $140 同蜜汁燒鳳肝(即雞膶) $170. 個蝦多士好油又無味, 落小小鹽都好丫, 或者俾碟沙律醬黎點下啦, 咩都無, 想補救下都唔得. 出面食蜜汁燒鱔, 多數都會燒到個皮脆脆的, 一D都唔難做到, 但係呢碟$270的小食, 凍冰冰之餘個皮當然係一D都唔脆. 豬仔腳白雪雪一D色水都無, 咁叫鹵水? 當然又係淡而無味. 起初我以為係咪自己唔夠瞓口淡淡, 原來全檯八個人都覺得係無味的. 個鳳肝係幾味小食之中味道比較正常的, 但$170碟都係極之唔抵食. 碟海蜇得一"柱"仔, 仲要無任何烹調技術可言, 都要 $140.

最後叫左"蟹肉瑤柱蛋白炒飯"同"中芹銀芽魚鬆炆米", 個炒飯係幾好食, 夠乾身同味道唔錯. 甜品合桃露同蛋白杏仁茶食得出係生磨, 成$50一碗仔, 當然要生磨啦, 如果係開粉既我一定反檯. 

服務係幾好的, 環境都好闊落, 但最緊要係D食物絕對係 over priced, 一D都唔值呢個價, 三千幾蚊飲餐茶, 真係有大把更好的選擇, 以後都唔會再黎.

除了燕窩之外,還有選擇是懷舊芝麻卷, 豆沙蘋葉角和合桃馬仔。分外喜歡又稱菲林筒的芝麻卷,有着濃郁的芝麻香,相當討喜呢。

純野生不丹高山冬蟲草茶: 這個可說得上是這一次晚餐的重點,就是每人可享用一杯冬蟲夏茶,就是以冬蟲草泡水,除了可喝水以外,還可把杯中的冬蟲草吃進肚子裏。倒是初次把這種昂貴的食材吃進肚子裏,是難得的體驗。原來這種名貴食材質感是偏硬身的,是相當獨特的體驗。

野生珍菌素菜石榴包。賣相很精美的石榴包,薄薄的腐皮裡面藏著什菇粒粒,最特別的是那個上湯獻汁,完全沒有加入任何肉類,單憑蔬菜與菇菌竟然可以熬出有如加了金華火腿般濃郁的上湯,真的令在場食友都感到很驚訝。

日本腐件扒鮮冬筍豆苗。還是第一次聽到腐件這東西,而且是由日本運過來的,香港並沒有出品,由於工序複雜,本來負責做的那家日本店好像也不再做了,這次吃過後都不知何時可以再見到。腐件裡面有數不清那麼多層的腐皮,像千層酥一樣,豆味極香,十分好吃。

純野生不丹高山冬蟲草。以前常聽婆婆說用冬蟲草來煲湯,其實冬蟲草最佳的品嚐方法是以熱水沖成冬蟲草茶,喝完茶後再把冬蟲草吃掉。

今晚可能是吃過最名貴的一餐素菜宴,用料上乘,廚功精湛,實在是一次很好的體驗,希望將來有越來越多的食肆供應素菜餐單,讓吃素的朋友有多一點選擇。

Some Chinese vegetarian ingredients are made with Konjac which is a bit like plastic/rubber and some of the Vegetarian ingredients I have had before come out the same way as I consumed it (ie not digested).
Then there are some dough items which have too much flavouring to give it some flavour.

The vegetarian dishes at Seven Son are made luxurious with the addition of Bird's nest.
Seventh Son Restaurant is not a vegetarian restaurant but it is really good that they can cater for vegetarians too.

All the dishes here were full of flavour and I did not need to use the dish of soy sauce on the table. The soy sauce seemed like a really good one because I could smell it when they poured it out.

The last time I had a pigeon's egg was at this dumpling place at Homantin.

I loved the way the almond milk and coconut milk was served on the side so you could put the amount that you like or have it on its own.

They had a lovely meaty taste with a slight bitterness which I shall remember because this is how they are meant to taste.
