曾經在之前的食評說過,在香港食越南春卷,一定係食明珠,好像有點誇張,但到目前為止,我未食過香港的餐廳(包括5星級酒店內的越南餐廳)嘅越南春卷好食過明珠,如果您有好介紹,麻煩通知我,等我立即試試😋下午茶外賣春卷,承惠$31。真的吃了很多年明珠的春卷,由十幾蚊下午茶到現在要卅幾蚊😅春卷皮是用米紙,(最討厭有些不負責任的餐廳,餐牌寫越南春卷,夠膽死用廣東式春卷皮包越南春卷😡),春卷餡料豐富,有豬肉、木耳、紅蘿蔔、沙葛,春卷炸得香脆鬆化,調味恰到好處! continue reading

還在中上環區工作的時候,本座常到明珠越南餐廳午飯,當中有幾味是不錯吃。事隔多年,巧合下重來中環再吃。驚喜吃回昔日的味道。牛油雞翼,仍然精彩,外脆而肉嫩,雖非頂級的好吃,仍可一試。要吃牛粒紅飯,就要吃明珠越南餐廳的牛粒紅飯,別的地方吃不到這裡的美味。所謂的紅飯,就是番茄醬炒飯,這裡炒飯不會太乾,牛肉粒夠稔,而最配合紅飯就是那些沙律醬,紅飯沾上沙律醬吃絕對是一個完美組合。粉卷,雖非即叫即做,但味道仍算不俗,而黎生對腸粉或粉卷都情有獨鍾,故每次到明珠越南餐廳,均會來一客粉卷。明珠越南餐廳創辦於一九八零年,一直迄立於現址三十七年,相信此店是有點本事。自九十年代中我已一直光顧,直至一零年離開中環工作後便鮮有再臨。難得沒吃多年,這晚再吃,吃到昔日的味道,水準保持,難能可貴! continue reading
