每個星期都會搵一日同同事出去食lunch,西餐食得多,今次同事就帶左我去食日本野。佢話呢到嘅二人前好豐富,啱晒我 🍽奧和風御膳(二人前) (午膳時段) 沙律同前菜,每人係各自有一碟,前菜每次黎都可能唔同。今次呢個係魷魚~正常味道~~ 食完前菜,就上刺身!今次個刺身好靚,整左朵花花,見到都加分但係上次黎係無咁靚架~每款刺身一人有一件。我無深究花花係咩魚,但三款都好新鮮!好有質感! 金鉑鮑魚,一人一隻。已經細心地切開左一片片,唔會食到論盡。最好趁熱食! 魚生飯,魚生相對刺身就無咁新鮮,同事仲食到某隻魚有d腥,但我就唔覺得有腥味。不過食到呢個位我已經開始有d飽~ 之後再上蒜片牛柳粒,又香又juicy,而且我好鍾意食牛呢~ 天婦羅味道正常,不過不太油膩呢點值得讚你以為食完?其實仲有麵豉湯同甜品,甜品可以揀雪糕或者柚子蜜!很滿足嘅午餐!2個人食咁多野盛惠$328,價錢算抵!只要like餐廳專頁同打卡仲有折扣優惠添!不過記得要事先book位,walkin嘅話十居其九都無位架!

They serves average food, both amount and quality but charge very very expensive rip off price. 今日食在告士打道,品嚐手握壽司早陣子讀了本關於壽司之神的書,內容介紹了好多新鮮的食材,以及點樣先可以整一件完美的手握壽司,書裡面沒有寫明步驟,但成功的方程式就顯然易見,就是堅持+勤力+鑽研+要求,嗯,不容易呀!!lahris點了廚師挑選的9件壽司定食,當中有沙律、前菜、9件壽司、烏冬/蕎麥、麵鼓湯、咖啡/茶/甜品這裡的手握壽司用了赤醋,聞說成本比一般壽司醋貴三倍,米飯部份呈淡粉紅色,米飯體積比較小塊的,lahris倒是覺得方便進食,而且lunch hour食太多飯也不好,睡意一下子就會來啦!雖然你可以話lahris懶,唔想揀,就交畀廚師幫我哋揀,不過,又真係每次都有驚喜,有時會食到好多連名都唔知道的新鮮食材,這個就值回票價了! (其實應該問吓店員用上甚麼食材,只是我們都掛住傾計,忘了)今次lahris覺得特別回味無窮的有海膽軍艦卷,橘子色的海膽堆成小山丘,一啖放落口,溶化了,而且海膽和壽司飯的份量勻稱,所以每一啖飯都有海膽墨魚腳也超新鮮彈牙,軟軟的,好吃!帶子也超鮮甜,還有的就是SALMON ROE,粒粒飽滿,不腥,夠juicy,而左下的maguro也不錯,脂肪比例不多,是中赤嗎? 也

這裡的手握壽司用了赤醋,聞說成本比一般壽司醋貴三倍,米飯部份呈淡粉紅色,米飯體積比較小塊的,lahris倒是覺得方便進食,而且lunch hour食太多飯也不好,睡意一下子就會來啦!

雖然你可以話lahris懶,唔想揀,就交畀廚師幫我哋揀,不過,又真係每次都有驚喜,有時會食到好多連名都唔知道的新鮮食材,這個就值回票價了! (其實應該問吓店員用上甚麼食材,只是我們都掛住傾計,忘了)

今次lahris覺得特別回味無窮的有海膽軍艦卷,橘子色的海膽堆成小山丘,一啖放落口,溶化了,而且海膽和壽司飯的份量勻稱,所以每一啖飯都有海膽

墨魚腳也超新鮮彈牙,軟軟的,好吃!帶子也超鮮甜,還有的就是SALMON ROE,粒粒飽滿,不腥,夠juicy,而左下的maguro也不錯,脂肪比例不多,是中赤嗎? 也只是lahrish道行未夠深,仲學緊點分maguro...其他的,都好吃,只是我不認得它們啦!

這裡的TAMAGO 好香、鬆軟,而且色澤好美,好似在咀嚼軟綿綿的蛋糕一樣,不過lahris覺得TAMAGO還是較濕潤的好,現在這個稍為乾身

最後以日式咖啡作結,有機會會再來的!

成日陪朋友出銅鑼灣行街既我, 第一次黎呢間日本餐廳食晚飯, 餐廳既氣氛都幾有情調,星期五夜晚8點幾, 餐廳門口都仲有2、3張台輪侯, 我地好快就入到去,既然咁早入到黎,於是我地都唔急住咁求其叫啲野食, 我地兩個人揀左幾款野食. 煎魚扒,刺身,布丁,多士仲有個2人定食,最值得讚既係件魚扒,咬落去幾乎係入口即溶,簡直食過返尋味。本身仲諗住驚唔夠食,但全部野食都夠哂份量,一啲都沽寒。下次有機會一定會再去試

身為飯桶,見到這日本餐廳有「二重飯」Set Lunch(HK$118),馬上拉著同事來試試﹗我選了「黑豚肉生薑燒飯」和「鹽燒鯖魚飯」,十分美味,尤其鹽燒鯖魚燒得外層香脆,內裡魚肉又不會太乾,我們個個讚好(另外同事還點了照燒鵝肝飯」和「照燒雞扒飯」,都很不錯)﹗Set Lunch還附上麵豉湯、沙律、餐飲 / 超濃香味的芝麻雪糕,值得一試呢﹗

除咗刺身處理唔夠細膩,出菜上菜速度亦太慢。其實店舖得27個位,我12:35入到去得一枱客3個人,陸續入多5個分3枱,全店得5枱9份餐先後腳入單。但我食完沙律前菜等咗20分鐘先上壽司壽司同蕎麥中間又隔咗25分鐘。隔離枱仲慘,一個食完好耐嗌走,另一個等多咗半個鐘先嚟到個主熟食。店員唔熟悉餐牌魚生類答唔到係咩、有個冇笑容比人感覺黑面。最重要係,店員話呢間餐廳附屬隔離間酒店,老闆預咗多一半位置遲啲做食肆,但問到係邊間酒店好猶豫咁答“好似係Grand Hyatt…”😰

“奧”… 仲有太多進步空間…

燒喜知次同?魚,好好味,好夠味。
和牛溫泉蛋黃,蛋黃汁流落和牛到好滑總之就好好味。

。其中一件燒既好肥好香,可惜唔記得叫咩名,希望下次去有得食返啦。
