約左班frd聚舊,揀左呢間無限時的韓燒,可以盡情吹水一坐低侍應就幫我地set好個爐,上前菜,倒蛋漿,前菜同芝士烤蛋係任食的,味道唔錯呀(芝士蛋加泡菜原來係好好味的)菜單上有2個2-3人套餐,分別係$480、$580,睇落唔係好抵,所以決定散叫!我地叫左以下菜式,同大家分享下:雪花牛 - 肉嫩有牛味雞扒 - 大大塊幾抵食,味道唔錯,用熨斗壓住黎燒等佢受熱均勻啲,配合熨烤達人的主題牛舌 - 唔夠分無食到,睇個樣應該Ok牛肋骨 - 一份有兩條,肉質嫩滑,唔錯!單骨雞翼 - 正常一起撈過的日子 - 呢個撈飯幾特別,有青瓜、蛋絲、蟹籽、脆脆、雪糕筒、唔知咩豆,撈沙律醬,味道幾得意,甜甜地脆脆地,不過沙律醬太多有啲「漏」,下次筆走一半沙律醬就啱啱好!炆牛肋骨 - 炆得幾淋,好味!炸芝士蕃薯波 - 佢叫做邪惡到爆,但本人覺得唔算好邪惡。我無點醬汁,覺得無乜味,點左醬應該會好味啲!芝士菇 - 正常芝士炸雞 - 好多芝士,炸雞大大件,炸雞撈埋芝士味道剛剛好,唔會太鹹,芝士拉絲足足拉到3呎高,呢個先係邪惡的癲峰,最後成盆芝士清晒埋單每人$242,食到個個捧著個肚,食物質素好過一般任食韓燒,又唔限時,都算抵食!唯一不足之處係個廁所唔乾淨,男女共用,又沖唔到廁,希望下次去會有改善! continue reading

在旺角經過時曾注意到有間韓式燒烤料理店「熨烤達人」,看落似乎和一般傳統式韓燒店不同,因此今晚便特意帶親友們來品嚐一番。晚上開始多人食飯,而本人較喜歡泡菜併盤的前菜,酸酸甜甜很開胃,包括酸芽菜等,聽人講食泡菜對身體略有益。首先將食物放上熱鍋上,再放些蛋醬及栗米於韓式燒烤爐邊,可烤製成蛋餅。新穎的感覺,熟食時有些部份會香口些,又會食到軟身的蛋香及栗米,都幾健康。然後將芝士燉於飯端上,一陣濃香撲鼻而來,原來是芝士味的燉飯,是秘製。師傅沒有透露材料,唯有用舌上的味蕾感受一下。至於江南UPO,被其薄餅外脆內軟吸引。一啖之後,細味咀嚼,肉結實、醬油味很配合,食落真叫人食慾大增。而寒冷水冰麵,店員指出雪條可以即食或溶在冰麵作湯水。見到美味的雪條流口水,我唔想再等了,已急不及待食了半支雪條,餘下半支才放湯中熔化。冰麵本身很滑身,有著雪條味的清香,成為其主要特式。 continue reading

同朋友諗唔到食什麼,就入咗呢問烤肉店,裝修也不錯,起初無想過會有人幫我們燒,但職員的反應及態度也不錯,另我喜出望外,加上食物質素也不錯,飲品亦都新穎吸引,會再次光顧的👍 continue reading

環境:餐廳位於太子旺角美術用品街附近那邊, 都算方便, 地鐵站行去都係10-15 分鐘. 餐廳服務好好, 員工會常常幫你燒肉和加材料. 另外, 餐廳很適合同朋友聚會吹水, 不過有時會好大煙.食物:食物份量都算多, 今次叫左個燒肉套餐, 有兩大舊五花腩, 剪開一舊舊黎燒其實都已經幾碟肉, 絕對岩鍾意食肉既朋友. 跟餐亦配上生菜, 燒肉夾住生菜係一流. 除左五花腩, 仲有牛肉都唔差, 好幾滑同唔硬.不過要推介佢個芝士飛碟, 芝士好多同埋同個薄餅食起黎係好夾, 黎到一定要試試.價錢:唔算平, 平均每人$200, 可能叫埋酒飲再貴d. 不過200 幾蚊食得都飽既, 因為真係好多肉, 而且有得用熨斗燒下燒下都幾特別. continue reading

4個人, 食左9百幾蚊, 燒豬皮係第一次, 硬到入唔到口,其餘質素都好一般, 個套餐$580, 豬肉OK, 但牛肉唔多得 ,個澳州牛扒還可以。整體黎講係比較失望 continue reading
