見到group入面好多人都揀全天婦羅,其實鴻師傅嘅壽司都好好食👍每款都好有心思咁搭配唔同調味😋

開頭魚料對我地黎講較凍,後來溫度就好適中,全部都好食,其中我最鍾意嘅有赤貝、燒拖羅同埋mvp 瀨尿蝦配炸櫻花蝦+蝦膏 😍😍😍 🐗就喜歡小肌,呢件我個set係冇嘅🥲🥲🥲。但整體黎講我地都好滿意同覺得好味😋天婦羅真係非常高質,麵衣薄而輕盈,完全唔油膩,即使係即炸都冇熱氣嘅感覺,食完冇喉嚨痛👍每一件都好好食,個人最愛熒光魷魚同鮑魚,🐗叫我喺尾度點少少鹽,一咬爆漿勁好味😋😋鮑魚炸完質地仍然好嫩🤤🤤佢地嘅玉子燒係另一種,好好食好似布甸咁😭一試難忘。甜品最後我揀紅豆雪糕,🐗揀左咖啡作結。雪糕就正正常常,但杯咖啡非常好飲,都係炭焙咖啡😍😍

The meal itself was tasty but the guests are loud and obnoxious and one of the chefs engaged with the loud and shouting patrons continuously by drinking with them. The restaurant staff said that’s often the way the restaurant is due to regular patrons. Really ruined the atmosphere. Wouldn’t recommend going there if you want a relaxing and quaint meal. For that kind of price you can find a nicer environment.

同朋友食生日飯,聽聞呢間lunch都好抵食,所以我哋一行三個人就訂咗呢間,但唔係坐吧枱,我哋三個人各自叫咗一個14貫壽司餐,佢每次三件四件咁樣上,壽司嘅飯量唔算多,魚生都算幾有鮮味,但始終個感覺同坐吧枱好唔同,另外美中不足嘅地方係每一次侍應介紹時,都係極快咁樣講完,亦都冇話俾我哋知食壽司嘅先後次序,同埋去到食甜品嗰陣時,睇返啲相先發現原來佢比少咗件壽司我哋,雖然佢後尾都係會補返,但係係希望我哋食完雪糕再俾我哋,個感覺上邊唔係太好,所以整體來講今次嘅壽司體驗都係一般般,而我亦都覺得佢哋嘅服務態度需要改善。

我開頭係落八件壽司、八件天婦羅
十秒八秒後:諗諗下,好唔好意思地要轉十件壽司、六件天婦羅;怕油怕太多炸野。
有件醋昆布鯖魚無映到,我準備左紙巾俾佢🥲
呢間無問我有咩唔食,但件鯖魚竟然唔腥,甚至落口係幾好食嘅;一趙落係每下佢想腥或者表現佢獨有嘅味道(又唔係腥既可能,只係自己怕佢獨特既味道),件白昆布就幫佢擋住咁😂 完全食得落

但師傅節奏太快,我已經係鍾意食完即刻走嘅人。(點講呢,普通一餐飯既話:我坐低有人啱啱開始食,我叫野食同埋到餐。我會食完埋單走,個個人仲食緊,食到尾聲個種。我咁樣叫唔叫快食快走……😅)

佢其實壽司都算正正路路似omakase
但佢係要整我個件,先拎啲魚料黎切一刀,唔係排好我個份咁。(食開之前既……師傅為工作方便同調整魚料入口溫度都會準備好?😂;而唔係上件壽司前係櫃度拎成舊魚界一刀?我個下覺得有啲怪😅😅😅)

但天婦羅係算好,完全係天婦羅既omakase,個位師傅會逐件解說、認真為你整個件咁。但呢個餐有啲怪,如果叫16件都係炸物唔知內容係咩啦😂,會唔會飽。
叫16件既話會唔會送個飯?無問唔知……

師傅炸完勁大力fing油🤪👍🏻;但我都會用紙巾印下(果下諗起點解而家一係文青風或者差唔多一定係短既上身衫要露腰……🥲)
