如果覺得平時食黎食去都係中西日韓餐廳的話 可以考慮途經灣仔試下呢一間土耳其餐廳 老細都幾nice土耳其餐廳好似大家都會叫keba 我入到去餐廳都真係好多人食keba 但係我就叫左轉轉雞肉跟飯 佢可以選擇跟薯條 入面仲會有一d沙律 佢上菜會放四枝醬係你張枱到 你可以根據你既喜好加或者唔加 而我就加左一隻橙橙地色既醬 我自己都唔太知係咩醬 但又幾好味 佢d雞肉真係完全唔孤寒 你食到落尾都仲係好多雞肉 跟餐仲會有野飲 如果食厭左平時食既野 可以支持下小店

decided to have some Turkish food for tonight's dinner with my girlfriend after work. arrived at 7pm on a Monday evening and the greeting and service was very good by the young gentlemen workers. order the chicken donor rice and my gf ordered the lamb donor rice. suddenly, we realized other tables had soups so my gf asked the waiter if we have soup with what we just ordered. unfortunately, we ordered from the main menu which doesn't include soup but they were kind enough to give us free soup any

This Istanbul cuisine is probably the best Turkish food in whole area. I have experienced this place couple times already and never get disappointed. I like hummus, haydari, ezme combo - you can dip lavash into everything and different kind of dressing. The fish from the photo below was really good, juicy and flavoury. This place goes to my favourite places in Wan Chai. Highly recommended, value for money 100%, free flow of the soft drinks, Turkish tea and lemonade.

Sometimes you just want something tasty and Istanbul Express delivers that on a plate everytime. Service is always quick and the taste of the food is always consistent everytime you go. Honestly it hasn't changed much for however many years I have frequented this joint. 

Most of the lunch meal sets are around $70 to $90 including a drink. Most items offer chips/rice and salad - actually you can go all salad or go 50/50 mix on the rice and chips if you ask kindly. You can get extra add ons like the hummous or the a similar variety of babaghanoush for $28 during lunch time. If you're feeling meaty then go for the three extra wings for $28. 

My personal favourite is the Adana Kebab or the Kofte Kebab (picture attached). If you're feeling particularly manly then go or the mixed grill for $148. It's a lunch fit for a heart attack but your stomach won't complain.

The best thing about this place and the reason why its tasty, in my opinion, is the condiment sauces that come with it. The mildly spicy chili yogurt and the mint sauce enriches the palate and without a doubt the waistline too.... but if you're a sauce man like me then it's all about the sauce... Granted everything tastes the same afterwards - the meat - salad and carbs when you smother everything with the sauce but that's what I am after. When you mix the sauce with the meat grease you know you're building heavy concrete reinforcements for your arteries - but that's okay because the salad balances it out beautifully - especially with that black salt seasoning they sprinkle on top... nice artisanal touch to an already glamorous meal. 

You certainly will be belly dancing for joy and reminiscing the time you visited Constantinopole admiring the merchants of the Bosphorus river.

    今日黎到灣仔行街， 行到支力支力地 想同朋友食個下午茶，於是去左伊斯坦堡特快食個tea:3 嗌左薯條同埋米布甸， 之前黎過一次 覺得呢到d 薯條整得好好味，再配合各款特色醬料 ,薯條超新鮮 同 熱辣辣！ ,有傳統茄汁同配埋d 乳酪/辛辣醬， 分唔真係咩味，但總知好好味🤤混醬咁黎點d薯條好夾好正， 同平時只用茄汁咁食薯條完全唔同新體驗 !而米布甸就係新試既， 似西米露布甸既米飯版咁， 感覺好新鮮。 下次行經灣仔 會再黎！！！

    好吧今次叫了紅蘿蔔沙律，我好喜歡吃這個！醬汁不酸不甜，配薄餅頂呱呱！
    另外我每次叫的還有香燒魚柳配白飯，本人好喜歡吃魚！魚柳大大塊的，肉質滑滑的！可選配白飯、新鮮沙律或配薯條！喜歡吃辣的你！一定要食那條大大的辣椒呀！
    香燒雞肉配飯、雞肉不會老亦不是肥肥的位置！這是我們第二個必點的菜色！

         「轉轉燒雞肉配飯」，這款是同事A點的。雞肉切得碎碎的，吃了一口雞肉，不會太乾，肉也不會太實，每一口伴著香料的味道令人想吃了一口又一口。

        其於同事分別試了其他菜式，

        「土耳其式轉轉燒牛肉沙律」肉是轉轉燒牛肉所以味道不錯，唯一分別是沙律及肉的份量都好多，喜歡沙律的可以一試；

        「土耳其式烤羊肉粒串配薯條」同事的評價是「味道普通，份量少，得幾粒羊肉」，不要隨便試；

        「轉轉燒牛肉捲」評價是 餡料比平常的捲餅少及較細件，但味道不錯，如果胃口不是太大的可以一試；

        「伊斯更達燒牛肉配薯條」肉是轉轉燒牛肉，只是醬汁味道帶酸。

        整體而言，第一次試可以食「轉轉燒牛肉配薯條」，味道不錯。

        第一次幫襯土耳其餐廳，對土耳其菜色的味道毫無認識，是否正宗不太確定，但大部份人都說味道不錯，可以試試。

            The meat tasted salty but the texture was tender and not too dry. Yet I felt like eating a grab-n-go chicken sandwich instead of Turkish kebab.

             For drinks, we ordered a Heineken beer at $36, 2 Turkish tea at $15 each and they were the best.
            This place is serving fast food and only water in bottles but charge a 10%.
            We were the only locals, yet the place seems to be quite popular with westerners.
            I wish I went to my fav Ebeneezer.
