星期六晚突然好想食燒肉,但又唔想等位。搏一搏打去伊呂波睇下有冇位。點知星期六晚都竟然有位。去到個埸都係坐得一半,有d 擔心呢間餐廳今日黎食放題,佢有分$298 52品同$398 60 品。男友中意食既野多數都係$298 52品到有齊哂。今日就食住$298 先。宜家都幾自助既形式,自己將食物編號抄係張紙上面比侍應。出餐都快,個爐都夠熱。絕對夠哂時間食到回本。為左節省時間,我地通常都會叫d 熟食打下底,一路食一路燒。唔好諗住熟食,唔係佢地招牌野就會求求其其。我其實幾欣賞佢地好有日本料理一絲不苟既精神。海鮮煎餅係熱辣辣上枱,食得出係即叫即煎,仲要係慢火煎到外脆內軟。八爪魚丸 粒粒都有八爪魚係入面,而且個粉開得好幼細,同街邊果d “日式“八爪魚丸爭9條街。連炆牛肉呢個日本家庭料理,佢都有加入日本芋絲,真係跟足日本傳統做法。天婦羅個粉漿厚薄岩岩好,油溫都控制得好好,顏色好均勻。比好多日式放題做得好好多,不過宜家見呢間有以前咁有名既高級燒肉店要做埋放題,我宜家拎佢同d 放題餐廳,感覺有d 唏噓無奈。講返d 肉 ,非常靚仔,冇將貨就價,同正價食既肉水準依舊,油花分佈好平均,肉汁好豐富,大部分既肉都有鹽味或醬油味可以揀。就連牛舌都有得任食,不過$298 只包薄切牛舌,要食厚切既就要叫$398。最推介牛里脊同牛胸外膜,肉嫩多汁,超滿足!就算係薄切既牛排肉都唔會容易燒到乾爭爭,一樣咁juicy!燒到個網焦左,請侍應換網手腳都好快手純熟,而且換幾多個網都唔使另外收費,有d 燒肉店只包換一次網,再換要收費…真係有點兒…不過食燒肉唔包野飲,呢樣就有d 掃興。如果可以加錢包埋野飲就更加好喇。 continue reading

今日和家人去了銅鑼灣伊呂波吃燒用,他們有晚市放題,$298/52品及$398/60品,限時90分鐘。$298餐:燒肉有牛肉、豚肉、雞肉及內臟,牛肉有鹽燒牛舌,牛排肉,牛里脊肉。豬肉有鹽燒厚賜豬五花籃豬頸肉雞俾肉雞翼牛為牛大腸。另外還有海鮮:雜錦串燒、紅蝦、魷魚,串燒響螺、貝類拼盤⋯等。蔬菜類也有任點任食:有燒牛油菇、粟米、南瓜、蘆筍、雞髀菇、茄子,前菜有枝豆、生椰菜、泡菜、牛舌配有子胡椒。也有各種沙律,如蔬菜沙律、凱撒沙律!豆腐沙律和牛舌沙律。有飯麵和湯,今次試咗蔬菜湯和海草湯。超飽! continue reading

一放工餓餓哋,就同同事仔喺銅鑼灣覓食。無意中行咗去渣甸中心,成棟都係食肆,好多選擇。同事仔因為心情不佳所以揀咗去食豪啲,就揀伊呂波。眾所周知,呢間日式燒肉都係主力貴價日本靚牛肉,一入去已經做好心理準備要好貴,點知一坐低見到個燒肉放題5牌,即刻放心晒。放題有兩款,我哋揀咗$298包52種食物選擇,嗱,唔包嘢飲,淨係有杯茶。不過又包飲湯啵,最後我哋都無加錢叫嘢飲。落柯打係寫落張memo 紙度,都幾隨心嘅。一落咗單佢就即刻開著個爐預熱。食物方面,主打牛里脊肉同牛舌好好食,肉質好juicy,其他可以少叫啲啲。😁尤其是係貝殼類,唔新鮮成盤都有沙的。總括嚟講,食品質素好好,除肉類外,菜嘅種類都好多,連泡菜都有,如果可以包一罐飲品就更好。 continue reading
