To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 第一次到這間西式餐廳，坐落一望餐牌，價錢相宜。我親戚叫一客飛魚籽三文魚蛋炒飯加一杯熱飲都不過70元，份量不少，我親戚也吃剩点飯呢，超抵食！而我叫一客湯拉麵(有七味豬扒加隻温泉蛋)還加一杯熱飯，也是70元有找，抵。我留意到隔離張枱：三位男士也叫了(美國安格斯牛定食)，那塊牛扒長長足夠男士胃口噢！看看餐牌也不過80元，超抵。這餐廳在openrice 有頗多分店，希望它越開越多間。正呀！

午餐去咗買個意粉返屋企一食，我以為自己食緊上海野嫩雞煨麵，啲麵淋到好似俾阿婆食咁樣，味道方面得一啲鹽味，好似油鹽水咁樣煮嗰個天使麵，煙肉又唔見有幾條，蒜就連影都冇，早知係咁就唔買，我係屋企整個出前一丁都好食過佢以前都唔係咁，而家啲質素差咗好多我打電話同佢反映啲麵淋到好似阿婆食咁樣，跟住佢話會同廚房講返，同埋問我會唔會拎落去換，我行咗15分鐘先返到屋企，天氣又熱，已經唔想拎落去換，亦都對佢再次嘅出品冇信心，費事嘥呢個心機同時間難食到我要打食評知唔知道我平時係公司食廚師煮個啲嘢都覺得可以入口，唔算大問題，你尼個麵真係餵埋我都唔想食宇宙世界核爆級咁難食！好自為之啦！

叫咗個香辣欖油煙鴨胸炒扁意粉，無寫蕃茄又無啦啦變茄汁，好聲好氣問點解會俾咗茄汁意粉，個員工仲話咩開鋪以嚟都係咁完全冇問題，但係明明香辣欖油根本都冇寫到有茄汁，然後個員工就話如果要投訴投訴高層，唔關佢哋事。咁算啦叫咗都唔可以浪費食物咁結果我哋都食埋佢，但係點知我唔食辣都完全唔覺得辣，仲要成碟意粉一啲欖油嘅味都冇，又唔辣又冇欖油，根本就係普通一碟蕃茄鴨胸意粉。呢一間根本就係一間垃圾餐廳，建議執咗佢。大家千祈唔好再去食。

外賣：沙律配菜口感清新，咖哩有辣味够刺激，但不走極端，米飯是珍珠米，十分好吃，加上冰凉凍檸茶，全個餐很滿足滿意滿分！😋😋同日在現場吃日式牛肉窩蛋飯，將蛋混合珍珠米，連洋蔥牛肉一併咀嚼，感覺十分美味，這款值得介紹！✌👌
