To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 晚上8點45分行入餐廳。。侍應阿姐表示9點last order 可以入，但要盡快落單我哋就盡快落單 諗住食快啲。9點左右上齊餐 侍應阿姐話「慢慢食」食到一半大嘅9點20分。。。。侍應阿姐突然熄晒全店嘅燈 一邊大聲講「收工啦！收工啦！」「佢哋唔要嘅收咗去啦」並表示佢哋半個鐘前已經收鋪（但半個鐘前仲同我哋落緊單😅）其實係唔係我哋誤會咗「last order 」嘅意思？阻到你收工好抱歉 但直接熄燈趕客走 係咪有啲誇張？

當晚我哋點了銀芽肉絲炒脆麵同雜菌蠔仔湯飯，味道唔錯，但個銀芽肉絲同湯汁嘅比例係多芡汁，只有幾條肉絲同芽菜及其他蔬菜，唔知點解會咁樣，明白而家乜都貴，特別係肉類，咁芽菜都放多幾條啦，真係令人失望，點知再差嘅仲有，我點了雜菌蠔仔湯飯，內容真係好單薄同樣冇乜肉，少少蠔仔，幾片雲耳就話係雜菌。雜菌即係唔止一種菇菌吧，問服務員點解冇雜菌，她同廚房溝通，之後攞嚟一碗雲耳，今餐我食完算數，以後都唔會幫襯。嚟得百份百餐廳都係以前試過啲食物質素係好嘅，而家就差到一個點，係唔想再去呢間餐廳
