To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

近年日式拉麵店越開越多,當中不少都是由日本引入,打著正中的旗號成招徠,但口味是否適合,卻是因人而異。在多間拉麵店中,最得小妹歡心的是豚王,雖說中環才是第一家,但對九龍人來說,尖沙咀才是我杯茶~這天又來到解解拉麵癮,小妹選的是招牌-豚王 $85 香濃的豬骨湯,配上不太肥膩的豬肩肉,香䓤,現在想起也流口水再配一口外加的溏心蛋 $17,滿足了男友選的是帶點辣味的赤王$95,湯底雖是紅紅的,但辣味不算太嗆,不能吃太辣的可以嚐一口啊!我倆都偏愛幼麵及淋身一點,因為拉麵湯底一般都是濃濃的帶有黏性(豬骨中的膠質流出),而且肩肉(或腩肉)都是切得薄薄的,淋身一點的麵夾雜在一起,就像不用咀嚼也能吞嚥,但當然⋯是要咀嚼的小小提示,點餐時可選肩肉或腩肉,女士們都怕胖,建議選肩肉,比較瘦一點,也不會覺得膩啊 continue reading

突然落好大好大大大大雨,2個人一把細細縮骨傘真係完全唔夠遮囉,去搵個DINNER食下O者, 成個背脊濕晒勁唔舒服,想點先… 唔通連個天都唔鐘意我 …?! 嗚 ~今晚去食豚王,記得上一次食係一個聖誕節蘭桂芳既分店,如今已經相距有3年啦 !諗下食咩湯底好先!左左右右, 諗左食豚王定黑王好耐,最後叫左最原始既普通豬骨湯,而POSTER呢款限定口味既就完全冇諗個要試,因為佢係LEMON味架 !呢個任添既芽菜又好味WOR,小小辣, 我加左好多, 哈 !我點餐既時候點左濃味架,但出到黎湯底又唔係好香好濃JA WOR,叉燒有用腩肉同肩肉選擇, 我點左肩肉唔想甘肥,食落OK唔會鞋, 份量都幾多幾大塊,麵質的點左一般, 林度剛好, 不過麵質有咩煙UN感覺…男友叫左個黑王, 湯底香濃好多, 仲有大家點既時候有得選椰菜或者蔥,我建議大家選蔥,男友果碗有蔥香好多… continue reading
