To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

土瓜灣係美食寶庫,未有市區咁墟冚,未受人流嘅淪陷,可能就係因為咁,嘢食相對抵食呢間韓國料理都係做街坊生意,但質素不俗出面想食韓式豬手,冇兩三嚿都唔使旨意食到,呢度唔使$80就有交易生菜唔使另外加錢就有,豬手仍然好有膠質,蔬菜都好爽脆呢度竟然都有好值得打卡嘅菜式,芝士排骨好似熔岩咁一扯起就拉絲,死唔斷芝,係咁捲住啲排骨,食落超幸福晚餐依然有set,仲要好抵,石鍋飯都平出面成大截,一鍋飯份量好足牛肉、蔬菜撈飯加辣醬,味道好韓式,溫度keep到好耐跟餐仲有海帶湯飲,更加有韓feel胃弟仲想要芝士,於是嗌多份芝士年糕,醬汁好足,雖然好多芝士,但有泡菜醬中和,恰到好處,年糕好綿,仲有啲魚糕𠻹煎餅同紫菜包飯都係韓餐必食,今次食唔晒兩樣,唯有揀煎餅,煎餅無論質感定味道都好獨特,非常好食,點醋食更係畫龍點睛跟餐可以加錢嗌特飲,由於呢間溫度都好韓國,所以胃弟嗌咗杯人蔘茶暖暖身大胃就唔怕凍,睇中好特別嘅紅棗沙冰,冇諗過咁好飲,胃弟到最後都爭住要飲 continue reading

今晚專程來食韓式食品,前一排工作路過已經見到他,網上再看看,嘻...可以廉價慶祝考試成功過關。剛剛過了六時,早點食個晚飯,因擔心星期六夜了會人多....等位。未落實點什麼的時候,侍應姐姐推介了「芝士排骨」為了慶祝考試成功,豪食一次吧..哈哈! 鍋中放上滿滿芝士,用火暖住食,侍應姐姐教我們襯熱,先把芝士卷好在每件排骨上,因芝士涼會凝固,哪就不好卷了,每一口都吃到芝士,排骨肉夠腍夠味,滿足。「豬肉石頭鍋飯」滿滿七彩雜菜,醃製過的豬肉略厚及少許硬,雞蛋撈落埋飯食,加不加茄醬也感味道OK,最好味就是有飯焦。「海帶湯」跟飯送胡椒味略重,合我們口味,多點海帶更好!。追加「韓式炸雞」 $25/3件炸得香脆,雖沒肉汁,肉仍嫩,好味!「韓式無骨豬手」看到旁邊的叔叔嬸嬸食得很滋味,我們又點,豬手皮彈牙,肉有饞勁不肥,包生菜,生蒜,泡菜,加少少豆醬,好味又抵食。追加「咖啡沙冰」沙冰好滿,要先飲兩啖才不會瀉出,慢慢攪勻,咖啡與沙冰才不會一些濃味,一些淡味,味道有點像少甜的明治Chelsea 糖的咖啡味,沙冰很凍,正!說實,小店經營,價錢像茶餐廳,食物味道可以,不到一百元食到生菜包豬手肉,而且不加一,香港食店越來越難生存。 continue reading

上網搵土瓜灣炸雞推介,搵到哩間店名叫韓正屋嘅餐廳,於是約埋女友小熊一齊去開餐.因為女友小熊同我一齊拒絕再幫襯家鄉龜,而佢話好耐都無食過炸雞了,於是上網搵搵D推介,就搵到哩間.我唔識欣賞韓國菜,首先唔鍾意食辣,已經好多嘢唔食,唯獨欣賞炸雞,每次幫襯都滿意,所以對韓式炸雞有信心.先點咗石頭雜錦鰻魚飯同石頭傳統雜錦牛肉飯,再加錢每客$25點兩客炸雞,最開心係..... 居然有我大愛沙冰! 馬上點柚子味同咖啡味沙冰.優點:1, 炸雞出色! 外層香脆內屠雞肉入味嫩口 Juicy! 好味! 推介!2, 只係加25蚊就有3件好味炸雞,性價比高!3, 柚子味沙冰夠甜夠濃味!4, 石頭飯底飯焦夠香口之餘,份量亦唔少,成碗飯底都係飯焦! 飯焦控必定滿足.5, 服務滿意,轉枱無黑面,沙冰俾錯咗幼身飲管又會主動更換.缺點:1, 鰻魚質素唔得,無入口即溶感,嚴格嚟講質感帶韌,當然唔係韌到咬唔開嘅韌啦....2, 咖啡沙冰偏淡,而且咖啡味重,甜D更夾自己口味.3, 環境比較迫,人客又多外賣又多,分分鐘要等位.睇 Menu 牛仔骨好似好正,韓牛出名唔洗我多講,下次食牛仔骨後再出食評. continue reading

土瓜灣呢間韓國料理都幾抵食。韓式無骨豬手 HK$78佢有個好似豆豉醬咁,包埋落生菜度食又幾特別。個豬手肉都幾林,炆得都好入味。韓式炸雞(細)HK$25餐度加的小食,估唔到都幾大粒,又脆又幾好食。海鮮純豆腐湯 HK$62個湯少少辣,好有海鮮味,湯度有雜錦海鮮咩都有。芝士排骨 HK$168超爆多芝士,排骨個肉都好易咬,芝士要趁熱卷起,超級拉絲的。魚糕串鍋 HK$88份量好多,竟然有5串呀!!每串仲要好厚好多肉,反而個湯唔似韓國果D咁味精。 continue reading

今日去土瓜環上堂,上完堂就搵下附近有咩食,見到呢間食韓國菜,菜式睇落都幾吸引,重點係唔收加一,於是就入去試下。一打開餐牌就比佢個芝士排骨吸引到,佢上黎果時係連埋個爐一齊上,芝士多到食唔晒好滿足,不過因為個爐會熄火,所以要快啲食之後就係細份既無骨豬手,有細份岩晒我地兩個人食,呢個仲有比埋啲配菜,覺得個泡菜幾好食加埋豬手好地道,唔錯去到主食就叫左泡菜煎餅同埋紙菜包飯,泡菜煎餅少少辣呢到因為冇附送小菜,所以就加左兩個小菜,一個涼拌芽菜同埋泡菜炒蓮藕,覺得芽菜比較好食,泡菜炒蓮藕中和左個酸味,但因為我比較鐘意食酸少少,所以覺得豬手個泡菜比較好食食左咁多野加埋都唔洗$200一個人,好抵食,岩晒大家想食唔同野既朋友 continue reading
