沙白黃酒雞最好食(強推),酒味帶出左硯肉同雞既鮮味。加上d硯肉幾大舊,有口感。雞肉又幾滑,同埋比我想像中大鍋炸豬頸肉好食得黎又幾特別(推介),食落口好鬆脆,又唔會點油,好值得一試!炒芥蘭有獲氣(推介),味道唔錯,幾岩大眾口味痳辣螺唔錯,唔會話好辣,有四川風味炸鮮魷幾香口,都見其他人食碟肥牛都唔錯,牛肉又唔會話好肥,厚度剛好侍應生個服務態度幾好,幾有禮貌,同d客都有講有笑整體黎講間野算唔錯,價錢幾抵食。下次會再幫親^_^

痳辣螺唔錯,唔會話好辣,有四川風味

炸鮮魷幾香口,都見其他人食

碟肥牛都唔錯,牛肉又唔會話好肥,厚度剛好

侍應生個服務態度幾好,幾有禮貌,同d客都有講有笑
整體黎講間野算唔錯,價錢幾抵食。下次會再幫親^_^

朋友帶路,攞住支50年舊裝黑牌,來到此名不經傳的橫街小餐廳。雖然早打電話留位,但因小店只有幾張枱,所以要到隔壁酒吧先來一round.朋友發板, 先來黃酒醃生螄蚶, 好得. 黃酒完全帶出螄蚶鹹鮮. 試了一口黃酒, 唔係十幾蚊煮餸用酒.  一啖黑牌一隻螄蚶, 味道完全冇衝突.其他菜有沙白黃酒雞, 馬友煎肉餅, 蒸蝦, 班腩煲, 金銀蛋時菜, 椒鹽鮮魷.椒鹽鮮魷, 魷魚真係鮮魷, 脆漿涷左都脆, 冇淋. 最得係魷魚厚度切得好, 唔太厚, 令件鮮魷同椒鹽D味好平衡.有HEART之作.朋友識老闆, 自己走入廚房炒碟雞蛋. 一試,因係清炒, D蛋香好明顯, 問大廚, 佢話D蛋來自農場, 比一般雞蛋貴20-30%.最後埋單6百幾, 味道雖然唔算超級無敵, 但用料, 用心, 收費, 搭的士去食都抵.

其他菜有沙白黃酒雞, 馬友煎肉餅, 蒸蝦, 班腩煲, 金銀蛋時菜, 椒鹽鮮魷.

椒鹽鮮魷, 魷魚真係鮮魷, 脆漿涷左都脆, 冇淋. 最得係魷魚厚度切得好, 唔太厚, 令件鮮魷同椒鹽D味好平衡.有HEART之作.

朋友識老闆, 自己走入廚房炒碟雞蛋. 一試,因係清炒, D蛋香好明顯, 問大廚, 佢話D蛋來自農場, 比一般雞蛋貴20-30%.

最後埋單6百幾, 味道雖然唔算超級無敵, 但用料, 用心, 收費, 搭的士去食都抵.
Other Info. : 做街坊生意, 完全冇將貨就價. 一間小館都首先考慮以食物素材行先, 大集團真係要反省反省.
