To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

由地鐵A出口嗰邊上5樓就即刻見到鋪頭 我係預先用OpenRice叫外賣自取 超方便😊😊😊 (不過我喺B出口上去就要搵一陣先到66號鋪)我叫左芝C三文卷同埋芝士三文魚腩刺身🍣 兩樣都不負眾望 芝士習非常足料 成個配搭都唔會覺得奇怪 係好好食嘅😋😋😋 仲有少少青瓜 整體都唔會覺得太油膩 不過可能我隔多左15分鐘 芝士凍左冇咁好食所以儘量襯熱/ 快d食！🏃🏻♀️另外都見好多人嗌手卷同其他卷 希望再有機會嚟試吓😜

以前男朋友住喺藍田所以每一個星期都會去藍田。嗰陣成日都會食呢一間嘅芝士玉子燒，佢嘅玉子燒同平時唔同係真係有一大舊芝士係玉子燒入面。係好邪惡但係同時好味！如果你係好鍾意食芝士去到藍田一定要食！

以前中學放學間中都會食呢間嘅玉子燒😆今次咁岩去藍田當然要去回味下啦🤭小店主打係芝士,芝士控一定愛爆❤️🔥🔸火灸芝士三文魚刺身🧀$22三文魚加芝士呢個組盒超級邪惡🔥係成舊芝士來喺三文魚入面‼️而三文魚有燒過上面仲有沙律醬😝呢個組合唔好食都奇🤣但就少膩同埋只可以堂食唔可以外賣🥡🔸汁燒芝士厚燒玉子🍳$16玉子燒上面有滿滿嘅醬,真係超正❣️而玉子燒中間有成嚿芝士仲可以拉絲🧀而玉子燒就偏甜,整體超級夾同好食🥰🔸黑松露汁燒加州卷$25加州卷入面有玉子,蟹柳同青瓜🥒而上面有黑松露同黑松露沙律醬,真係好濃黑松露味😝整體口感好豐富同有層次🫶🏻🔸芝味三文魚手卷$21三交魚好大塊,食到底都仲食到😍而芝士有燒過🔥兩樣嘢加埋好夾💕🔸芝C炸蝦卷🍤$26呢個真心推🫶🏻炸蝦炸得好脆加埋上面係燒過嘅芝士同沙律醬,夾埋一齊食好正😚
