和同事約了半年終於成功食到珠江洒家,6點先開鋪,嚴重建議先訂枱,當日見到幾次walk-in客都冇位。菜式特別,很多未試過的菜,豉油王鵝腸爽口好味,𧐢爽好大碟,味道偏重。樓面姐姐很客氣,我們早到了半小時,她也願意讓我們坐到夠鐘。所有菜式都很大碟,還有偏重口。價錢貴十幾蚊比起附近其他同類餐廳,所以如其去對面大排檔倒不如去這裡吃。這次可惜吃不到紅炆豬肉煲,聽說是這裡的招牌菜。希望下次能順利約到朋友再來。

約左老人家食飯,就佢地想揾啲地理位置方便,又有傳統啲嘅中菜食就比較啱佢地食啦。環境唔算新派酒樓咁大,但裝修都乾淨企理。涼拌花蛤花蛤都幾大隻,又唔會殼肉分離,味道酸酸辣辣,青瓜爽甜,特別開胃。潮洲蠔爽蠔仔幾大粒,又唔太腥,最好就係炸粉唔會太厚,好似只係食粉漿咁冰梅金沙骨金沙骨好大件,肉比較稔身,亮點就係個醬汁,酸酸甜甜,好好食Xo醬蝴蝶腩味道一般,蝴蝶腩無咩味,主要係xo醬個味,可惜太辣,欣賞唔到腩肉肉質椒鹽墨魚咀外面唔係常有嘅菜色,粉漿薄,墨魚咀爽,食落特別香脆,會令人食唔停口淮山杞子浸豬潤淮山唔會好粉,仲有咬口,豬潤大塊份量夠,但未係好滑,唔係太出色。豉椒鵝腸又油, 腸又太肥,唔得總結就係飯菜尚可,但上菜時間太慢,等到肚子都餓了

之前同莊員食飯,揀咗呢間地踎餐館,好有當年on show後去慶功的感覺。叫了七餸一湯,但掛住食,有啲食物無影到。蠔爽係必食,即係酥炸蠔仔,size唔細,絕對大粒過蠔仔粥啲蠔仔,而且洗得乾淨,一啲都唔腥,少少鹽調味,好正。每次必叫川辣蝴蝶腩魚麵,個湯既辣且香,蝴蝶腩有啲韌但可接受,魚麵係最特別的,因為佢係魚片質地,好好食㗎~黃金墨魚咀的鹹蛋味好香,脆卜卜好惹味;干鍋豬潤粉腸第一次叫嚟食,豬潤係厚切,不過呢味鹹咗啲; 魚香茄子煲比較遲嚟,上枱時仲滾緊,起哂泡泡,撈飯一流。無影相的仲有必食涼拌花甲,係前菜嚟,啲花甲好大隻,但今次鹹咗少少~呢間嘢碟頭好大,最好多人嚟食先可以試多幾樣,否則兩三個,其實叫兩三道菜都會勁飽咁離開~
