Senior Designer

AMAZINGTHING relentlessly pursue greater perfection. As a Creative Director, you will lead and mentor a diverse team of 5 to 8 creative professionals for multiple premium mobile accessories brands. A successful candidate will work closely with the Brand Director, Head of Global Marketing, and Head of Product while reporting directly to the CEO. He/she unnecessarily comes from the same industry but must be able to demonstrate his/her adaptable vision and capabilities with extensive research and referencing skills, hands-on creative skills, and management skills. Responsibilities:

Design Operation:

• Collaborate with the Creative Director and design team to create and maintain a consistent visual identity for the brand across all platforms.
• Adapt and modify standard packaging and promotional materials according to market requirements and guidelines.
• Assist in creating and maintaining a comprehensive design library, including graphic assets, templates, and style guides.
• Execute design projects from concept to completion, ensuring high-quality and on-time delivery of assets.
• Coordinate with external vendors and suppliers to ensure accurate and timely production of design materials.
   

Marketing Support:

• Collaborate with the Global Marketing team to develop creative materials for various marketing campaigns and initiatives.
• Create visually engaging content for digital and print channels, including social media posts, website graphics, brochures, flyers, product catalogues, presentations, POSM, and advertisements.
• Perform market research and analysis to identify consumer insights and trends, contributing to developing effective marketing strategies.
• Support the team in organising and executing promotional events, trade shows, and product launches.
   

Specialised Skill Set:

Make use of your own skill set, provide insight, and proactively contribute to brand development and related marketing initiatives.

Requirement:

1. Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in brand strategy and creative concept development.
2. Excellent graphic design skills with a deep understanding of design principles, also skilled in at least one of the other creative areas.
3. Detailed-minded and efficient working.
4. Collaborative mindset and effective communication skills.
5. Strategic thinking to drive brand growth and engagement.
6. Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and consumer behaviour.
7. Strong project management and organisational abilities.
