展开新生活后,甜魔妈妈最期待就是周六:因为放假的爸爸会主动帮忙看管两只、让我腾出时间写 blog、处理家务,甚至是参与活动!上周六国金轩午餐后,爸爸就背起照顾两只的责任,我得以抽身前往澳门威尼斯人,于 Morton's 饱尝一顿惊艳又美妙的时限美馔! 香港 Morton's 是两口子的至爱扒房,而澳门店多年前曾途经,想吃但未有成事;诞下小兄妹后,更难如愿,因为扒房靠近威尼斯人赌场,带著小孩很少会走过来。不过这样也令扒房更显清静浪漫,是两口子浪漫用餐的好地方,当晚也有两台特别预订庆祝特别日子呢。澳门店比香港店楼底高、地方大,先进去的酒吧部分已经很有空间感。除了供应招牌 "MORtinis"、红白餐酒、烈酒、啤酒及更多丰富饮品选择,每天5:00-7:00pm凡惠顾饮品还有免费 Filet Mignon sandwiches 送赠,是澳门店独有的哦~ 主餐区地方更加阔落、空间感足;单是这里就可容纳150人。而作为庆祝特别日子之选的餐厅,除了提供印上宾客名字的餐单、以及宝丽来合照服务(香港店也有,甜魔家也享用过两次,但记得要预订),其中一面墙更贴满了到访宾客的黑白合照留念,再访时定会很窝心~也是由于地方够大,除了香港店也有的 Dessert Presentation,澳门店还会提供肉类及配菜的 Presentation,让甜魔妈妈大开眼界呢。 如果需要更多的私密空间,就可以考虑预订 Boardroom;澳门店设有两间厢房,各自可容纳22位就坐用餐宾客(如是鸡尾酒会可客纳35人之多!),当晚我们也在厢房内用餐。 明明中午吃得很饱,但气质相近的美景,以及感觉熟悉的黑猪灯,都不断勾起昔日在 Morton's 用餐的美好回忆,肚子开始怪叫抗议,是时间开餐了~首先上台,还是巨大热暖、香气四溢的洋葱包:虽然它真的很软熟美味,净吃或点牛油都无比诱人,但对它一点要够狠心,切下小段后就誓死不相往来;否则以它那种令人一口接一口的惊人魅力,接下来的晚餐完全都不用吃了!说是这样说,要抗拒洋葱包的香气攻击可是一点不易... 还好头盘的 Lobster Stuffed Roasted Mushrooms 龙虾酿蘑菇 (MOP 195) 很快上阵:未吃以先,天真的我心想蘑菇与龙虾,怎说也不及与芝士擦出的火花吧;结果我错了,鲜甜的龙虾与多汁的蘑菇原来是神仙侠侣,而且两者关系水乳交融、激情四射.... (下删一百字) 特别要留意,这是时限美馔,只供应至2月底。然后还有 Jumbo Shrimp Cocktail,来自越南的巨虾十级鲜甜,不点酱已经很好吃,但加点酱又会来得特别惹味,总之就是好好吃!而当配搭精选白酒,又更加充满风味~然后主菜也上场了,这晚吃的也是时限美馔,来自澳洲的 Bone-in Filet Mignon (14oz) 带骨免翁牛柳 (MOP 758)。Filet Mignon 取自 Tenderloin,脂肪不多、肉质特嫩,不少高级扒房都有供应,不过带骨的就较为少见。 而 Morton's 的 Bone-in Filet Mignon,骨位约占了4安士重量,即牛肉净重也有十安士,可算份量十足。熟度我点了 Medium,刚好中芯呈粉红色、没有血水,轻轻的调味下肉质鲜香柔嫩,无论是净吃或是配上自选芥末,均是一流享受,牛魔我默默将之清光,吃得异常满足! 另一主菜是 Seared Sea Scallops Rossini 香煎带子配黑松露牛油大蒜 (MOP 315),看样子也不错吃,但吃完自己的一份牛,我实在太饱,没有再去品尝了。 可知饱肚的除了绝色牛柳,还有美味又邪恶的配菜啊:Parmesan & Truffle Matchstick Fries 香脆可口、不油不腻,面层加上适合的芝士粉及松露碎,更添香馥迷人,令人吃不停口啊! Mashed Black Truffle Cauliflower 黑松露椰菜花蓉 (MOP 100) 也带来无比惊喜:椰菜花蓉给捣碎成蓉,加上芝士及黑松露焗香,味道是估你不到的丰富美妙,又忍不住劲食!加上这也是时限美馔,更理直气壮要吃完又添、添完再吃、周而复此、循环不息...!!!! 还有超邪恶的 Nueske's Bacon Steaks 厚切烟肉配蜜糖威士忌 (MOP 185):首次吃如此肥厚的烟肉,一咬之下肉汁并发,带进口腔除了烟肉的丰腴咸香,还有蜜糖威士忌的甜蜜香气;得知它又是时限美馔,添食绝对是常识吧? 其实已经饱到100%,但来到甜品环节,甜胃又经不起甜蜜的呼唤了~ 特别一提,Dessert Presentation 的只是部分冻甜品,Morton's 的餐单内还有更多款美味诱人热甜品! 这晚我们首先品尝了时限的 White Chocolate Bread Pudding 白朱古力面包布甸 (MOP 110),这个巨大饱满的面包布甸,不但谋杀了我极多相机记忆体,味道也实在要了我的命:香甜湿润、冰火交错的滋味实在太太太美妙,饱极也要通通往肚子塞!!! 另一要尽快解决的是 Lemon Soufflé,拍照时其实已经矮了一截,不过松软微甜清新的滋味,仍是非常讨好,很快又给大家瓜分清光了~最后 New York Cheesecake 老实讲处于不利位置,但由于味道芝香诱人、质感细腻滑溜,再加上清脆甜美的焦糖面层,我忍不住添了一件又一件...!!!!  超饱足一顿后,又是时间赶回香港;可知快活星期六后,周日老公常要打波/参加马拉松(今天也跑了半马回来),轮到甜魔妈妈要单拖一凑二!最后,以上时限美馔只供应至2月尾,要吃趁快哦~ 继续阅读

Morton位于澳门威尼斯人一楼,北方馆旁边原来它的中文名是莫尔顿扒房这里的存酒量也不少可爱的猪猪台灯先送来牛油再送上一大个洋葱包,面包烘得松软,洋葱很惹味,跟牛油吃虽然会肥,但真的很好吃在我们还在挑选要点什么之际,店员推著一大盘食材上前,逐一介绍各款牛扒、海鲜及蔬菜点了一打生蚝,好新鲜呀!虾杯只有四只大虾,个人觉得金沙酒店的Copa较好吃西冷扒尚算Juicy,肉质嫩滑,外层烤得焦脆很惹味蟹饼分为头盘份量及主菜份量,这为主菜份量,一碟三个弄得满满的全是蟹肉,吃下不易松散,蟹味足,很爱呢配菜是炒磨菇,磨菇爽口不苦粗薯条外脆内软,外面炸得香脆又不会热气吃罢主菜,店员便拿著一大盘甜品逐一介绍最后我们点了疏乎厘卖相很可爱,有点不忍心破坏它完美的外表疏乎厘不太甜,吃下仍带有点点质感,很有蛋香再追加三个雪糕,是Haagen Dazs的,好满足!但其实以这个价位(每人MOP400+)在澳门可以找到其他更好的扒房 继续阅读

I have always wanted to dine at Morton's of Chicago but the one in Hong Kong is inconvenient and there are other temptations around the area.Decided to dine at Morton's so that I could also visit The Venetian.If it was not this restaurant, I would not set foot in The Venetian again!!!The mall was extremely annoying and big, every place looked the same.There was a shortcut via the Casino but they kept checking me for ID to prove that I was over 21.They had digital kiosks with floorplans but most of them were not working.(Compared to the City of Dreams, every digital kiosk worked perfectly and the place was so much more comfortable and modern).After frantically walking in that maze for an hour, I finally found it!Finally sat down!!★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★Onion bread:The onion bread was served and it was lovely and warm.It was soft with a nice bread texture and it was slightly sweet. ★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★Maine Lobster Cocktail:There were not many pieces of lobster but it tasted fresh and sweet which was the main thing and the meat was springy.It tasted great on its own that I did not need to use the sauces.★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★Sauteed Spinach & Button Mushrooms:I loved the spinach, it was not overcooked nor undercooked with a crisp crunch flavoured by the rich mushroom juices.The mushrooms were lovely and earthy.★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★Jumbo Lump Crab Cake:The crab cake was divine, it was 100% crab meat that was sweet with a hint of natrual saltiness.★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★For desserts there were so many options that they had a sample tray to show people.On the tray, there were: -Fresh Raspberries or mixed berries-Key Lime Pie-Carrot Cake-Double Chocolate Mousse-Creme Brulee-CheesecakeThe first dessert menu they gave me had no prices, so I asked for one with prices.In the end I chose the souffleGrand marnier souffle:The souffle came with as bowl of sauce about the size of the souffle.I did not use the sauce because it was really sweet and the souffle was already sweet.The souffle was hot and foamy with a strong orange peel taste.★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★◎ⓢⓤⓟⓔⓡⓢⓤⓟⓔⓡⓖⓘⓡⓛ◎Price: MOP6XXService: OKService charge: 10%English Menu: YesAir Conditioning: Yes◎ⓢⓤⓟⓔⓡⓢⓤⓟⓔⓡⓖⓘⓡⓛ◎ 继续阅读

同朋友去过几次,服务好的没的说,点菜时会帮你拿出实物一一介绍给你,味道不错,芝加哥分店开在新加坡,香港和澳门。餐厅上次顺序很有讲究哦,服务员会时不时地注意你进餐状况。最喜欢海鲜冷盘和蟹饼还有亚历山大焗虾!牛柳都ok,凯撒沙律他们会帮你加上现磨黑胡胡椒,味道不错。烧竹笋也都好好味,入味不失清脆,饭后来个心太软好sweet~~^_^~~食的开心O(∩_∩)O~~ 继续阅读

唔知点解成日都好抗拒去steakhouse食饭...不过同男朋友嘈完交雨过天晴 佢话请我去morton's食餐好 咁我实话好架... 于是揾左个星期5去食 可能新年期间D人多数都系屋企 果日去到得几枱客 所以walk in 都okay男朋友好细食 所以净系叫左个熟既seafood platter, strip steak 同埋一支酒个strip steak要左medium rare 火候控制唔错不过2个人真系食唔哂.. 即使我咁大食都食到好济 男朋友战斗力不嬲都系零 所以佢系咁迫我食哂佢反而个seafood platter最令我surprise..个jumbo shrimp食落好弹牙 加埋个sauce真系一流个crab cake食落去啖啖蟹肉 即使炸完都仲好juicy甜品我地要左个key lime pie 酸度岩岩好 系个饼底林左少少最后埋单2000左右多谢男朋友成日带我去旅行同食好野希望以后我地唔好再因为小事嘈交 日日都咁sweet. 继续阅读
