呢间又系人气店之一，之前想试因为条人龙却步左，今次趁唔太多人排。排队时即睇下个Menu，我地5人，买了两份传统牛杂，样样都可以试下。传统牛杂(中)，$65。开心Share，有牛肺、牛筋、牛肚、牛膀、牛沙瓜、大肠及白萝卜等，炆得好入味，咖喱味香浓，有得拣辣度果下好，牛沙瓜比较少见，口感爽脆带点嚼劲，美味！红枣山楂水，以惠顾$65以上可加$15买1支，足料的凉茶，味道清甜。氹仔旧城区官也街9-8号地舖

黎到澳门氹仔官也街，老Day牛杂不论什么时间都大排长龙，好奇心之下，我地直接行去龙尾排队试一次！人龙越排越长，等左大约20分钟，终于买左中size牛杂，配上腩汁 , 辣度可自行调整，份量好多，对得住价钱。一食之下，竟然有惊喜！每个部份都煮得好腍，而且唔会有内脏味。不过腩汁味道比较淡，主要系八角、香料既味。萝卜好腍，好清甜，略嫌炆得唔入味。同埋如果怕粉嘅口感，可以唔要牛沙瓜。总括而言，如果天气唔热，值得排黎食

Taking advantage of its location around the tourist area, the store serves takeaway beef offal.It is not difficult to spot the store given its never ending long queue. One of the best things about beef offal is the crisp snipping sound of the scissors cutting into the delicious food.
