大埔假日泊車位不多，大家不要掉以輕心，因見到有coffee佬，唯有外賣，收銀處及外面也放了紅van.買了雞及apple pie 食，皮薄及牛油味濃，有火腿，青豆，很有港味。apple puree 不太sweet 。老遠入到來建議買大批（66HKD),和家人一起食

General Impression
If you get Free 10+1 ticket from MTR. Tung CHung is a good choice for you to spend your day.
You can enjoy shopping in Outlet, watch movie in the cinema or go 360 or so.
There is free shuttle bus from Exit A to the restaurant but waiting time is pretty uncertain, you better leave a call to restaurant before reaching the restaurant. Dont expect the one who pick the call delivering clear message but it is better to have some reassurance.....

Environment
Typical those island old style restaurant.... dont be surpise if you noticed some small insects....

Food
FairSignature Roasted belly. The skin is crispy meat is okay but really no that special and I cant taste any charcoal taste,Deep Fried Peep Mega Shrimp
Tasty and We can see the shrimp is fresh enough but 340 for 2 , not that valuableVegi in fish soup
Refreshing!

Anyway, there is countryside feeling.... worth a try if you have free MTR ticket.

I am not Christian but you can feel the real heart of Christian in this small shop near the piggy shop.
The store owner and his wife is demonstrating the enthusiatism in running this small shop.
I do think we should support this small shop rather than those chain shoip.... at least you can find the passion in those Thai People Han Nam Chicken.

I discovered this while I was waiting piggy preparation, Ordered vegetables and Thai style Fried Noodle.
These 2 food are reasonable and satisfactory.

Defintely I will try out more dishes and report to all of you later.

First, you will get there through Cheung Sha Wan MTR station rather than SSP.The logo is cute and fit the theme of this restaurant.

Although there are BBQ food and recently they introduced 10% service charge as stated in previous comments, order and take away is a better option as BBQ food is not good and the inside environment is not comfortable at all.

The selling point is still the crispy piggy, they cooked the piggy to minimum layer of fat, you wont be stucked unti you finished the 6-8 pieces. For 2 people, order a normal set is good enough.Suprise this time I had is their roasted chicken!
Very tender meat and crispy skin. You will get very puffy meat in roasted chicken outside esp those from Jusco/ Park N or Welcome or so.... price here is not much expensive and please try this out !

I am big fans of 滷水 Food.
I tried many goose in this style before including 生記,尚興 and those in Kowloon City.

This small shop is the one I highly recommend!

The sauce is not salty and not spicy. Just simple delicious and savoury.
Goose are cooked to an extent of very juicy meat and half gooose are well enough for 2 adults!

First I have to say please dont assume you are having 川 style soup base but just the noodle.
For soup, they are having meat based soup indeed more inclined to chicken booth sty;e.

You can choose both 湯或撈 style.
We tried soup based.
The noodle is quite nice indded. cystal clear and quite tender.
The ingredients cou stomach, pork belly seaweed are fresh.

The price is reasonable.

Only drawback the soup is not spicy eough... but I understand it is different style from Tams series...

First Time to try the crab buffet. I had advance booking 3 weeks before.
Generally speaking it is money valued.
Each one can get a crab. There are many options. We tried Spicy one and gingery one.
Spicy one is much better. Meat is tender. You can choose your own level of spicy.There will be one pepery soft crab per person. This one is also quite delicious.

Othere Dishes is all you can eat but there will be chanec of sold out like out like the chicken was sold out at 21:00 Beef cube is okay not very juicy but fair quality enough This fried shell is quite delicious.

Tried this newly opened restaurant last Sat.
The outlook is attractive and there is a WIFI Logo sticker outside.
Upon sitting down, there is wifi signal with restaurant name but the waiter said their wifi is not ready yet.... I think if the wifi is not ready please dont have the sticker outside....
Also the TV in the restuarant is having very poor signal, if you are planning to enjoy some TV program or olym[pic game there with your meal . Please think twice before entering....Spicy 川式牛肉飯
This is one of the recommended dish in the menu and the name is attractive.
However, first the dish they are using is very like those used by dog, the rice will be spilled outside very easily.... I doubt whether they have tried before using it

About the taste, NOT SPICY at all!!! Also they are using 肥牛 and not beef cube for frying rice...
You will get lost and wonder what you are eating......Tomato Crispy pork rice...
This dish is okay pork is crispy but not tender...but indeed no special thing at all.
I think Cafe De Coral one is much better for similar price with this restaurant

IN conclusion, I think this restaurant is very bad in service, food quality and in such highly competitive csw environment... I hope they are well prepared.

Sheraton is one of my favourite place for dinner with food qualiy assurance all the time

For Seafood on ICe
They are serving Fine de Claire N3. Quality varies most are creamy and fresh. Although I prefer salty type but generally outstanding if you are considering having oyster in buffet settting

For Japanese Counter,
A bit disappointed for quantity they are placing on our plate. For Ebi, at most they will give you 3-4 at one go....
Sushi are fair and fresh

For appetizer and salads,
Hm, if you want to try something special you should try the country pate with bread, other standard crab leg, sald are generallly satisfactory

For Cheeses
not much variety but with Brie cheese

Soups
Not good as I duck soup is not good... I saw nearly untouched during whole night

Hot dishes
Very common and no surpise...
Fish is overcooked last night and others are non-outstanding
Except the Poulet De bresse from the Rotisserie. The meat is surpisingly tender for roasted chicken... I had refill for at least 5 times.

Dessert
Always spot of different buffet for the CAFE
Haagen Dazs Icecream... assorted cakes, mousse and pudding...
I think girls will definitely love this more than the hot dishes.

Kam Ho is one of the most money valued choice for seafood, hot pot and even GD dishes in Kln and Hong Kong.
Ususually reservation is needed for Saturday night but amazingly walkin is okay for this Sunday night.

Restaurant Service.
It is okay especially they are not charing us 10% service charge.
Environment is acceptable but dont expect this is a fine dining place.
There are 2 TVs in the restaurant but the one near exit is collapsing and watching for long time may not be good for your eyes

Summer recommendationRice in Seafood soup
Quite refreshing, you can have some chopped minature safood there and the soup is sweet. The portion is large enough for 4 people and good for summer hot climate in Hong KongThere is no cockage here but I would advise you BOG Bring your Own glasses as there are no proper glasses here....This dish is delicious and savoury.You can hear di di sha sha all along during mealtime as nearly all tables are ordering pot dishes. This is one of the merit of Chinese Cooking- Wok Steam. The vegi is really crispy and highly recommend ordering pot dishes!Rock Oyster in special sauce
Hm the oysters called Canadian Rock Oysters??
I usually very obescessive in checking the origin land of the oysters as I am afraid of taking heavy metal while oysters are natural filter of seawater anyway.... I am sure you can find some very cheap oysters in Hong Kong but heavy metal will accumulate in our body.....

Talking back to this dish, Hm the booking method is fine . Oyster is still tender but I cant agree the sauce is special as named by the restaurant. Just simply sweet and sour sauce....indeed...
