食雞煲好地方 食材品質有保證

去得大角咀搵食,好自然就會去嗰區嘅"食街"埃華街搵食。從奧運站B出口沿住天橋行,直到埃華街嗰個出口落樓梯。我同朋友都熱到唔想行,決定以9秒9速度入最近嗰間餐廳。原來我哋入咗一間食雞煲嘅餐廳。坐低,發現冷氣都多夠,連水都無一杯,只有叫餐紙上供應嘅凍飲。全部飲品都係罐裝汽水、樽裝涼茶或樽裝啤酒。由於朋友唔食辣,食唔到招牌菜"麻辣雞煲",我哋就揀咗椰子雞煲(細)。 主菜係煲,分別有雞煲同魚煲之後我哋睇大紙揀配料。 有不同種類配料由於得2個人,我哋只係叫咗5個配料,有黑蹄豬梅肉、蜂巢豆腐、蔬菜大拼盤、雙拼滑(蝦、墨魚)及一品花膠。 黑蹄豬梅肉估唔到椰子雞煲材料十足。白白嘅椰子湯內有半隻雞,又有紅棗、杞子、洋蔥等。 鮮甜椰子雞煲(半隻) - 椰子雞煲材料十足,白白嘅椰子湯內有半隻雞,又有紅棗、杞子、洋蔥。個椰子雞煲原來用咗三黃雞,一種煮幾耐肉質依然咁滑。唔怪得黑蹄豬梅肉煮到"嚡"晒,但係D雞食落去仲係咁鮮甜同滑溜。 椰子雞煲 - 三黃雞質感、味道都係一流。今次我哋為咗幫自己補一補,叫咗"一品花膠"。一嚟到就全部落晒煲,將佢增值變成"椰子花膠雞煲"。為咗保住D花膠,花膠只放某一個位置同計好時間,否則會溶入湯中。好睬今次呢D花膠無咁嘅情況發生。 一品花膠 - 以咁嘅價錢、質量,花膠算係抵食。仲唔到無叫錯蜂巢豆腐,佢可以吸收晒湯內嘅精華。每食一啖豆腐,除咗聞到椰子香,仲嚐到雞煲嘅鮮甜。 蜂巢豆腐食到一半,D湯少咗。叫侍應幫手加返D清湯,水位升高咗;同時煲面浮出三黃雞嘅黃油,係時候煮蔬菜大拼盆。 鮮甜椰子雞煲(半隻)估唔到大拼盆內每款蔬菜都咁新鮮,煮熟後,蔬菜本身嘅甜味連埋雞油,每一口都好滑溜。唔係5分鐘,煲內嘅蔬菜都俾清晒。我特別欣賞蓮藕片,每片都好爽甜。吸埋椰子嘅香,估唔到一片有2種味道。 蔬菜大拼盆 - 有齊各款蔬菜雙拼滑都好食,可惜,我覺得佢唔多配合到椰子雞煲。 雙拼滑(蝦、墨魚)整體嚟講,所有食物質素都有保證,連最重要嘅煲都係咁好食。價錢相對亦合理、實惠。唔怪得見到有食客只叫一個雞煲,2碗白飯,已經夠晒數。上菜都算快手,服務都好好。可惜,個個都叫煲,店內氣溫比較高,感覺冷氣唔多夠,食到出汗。雖然食嗰日係星期二,估唔到都咁多人幫襯,坐無虛席。訂位會比較安全。…Read More

一直工作到五點,終於可以放MEAL BREAK,求其搵間靜靜地嘅餐廳食碟飯。咁啱見呢到無乜人,應該都好快有得食。見午餐又係例牌嘅蒸餸,呢個時間叫應該都反蒸N轉喇。好睬話仲有東江雞飯,咁就要佢喇,有D保證呱。好睬碟東江雞都唔差,一上檯都睇得下。份量可以話正常。雞嘅味道一般,勝在肉質滑。呢碟雞唔太肥,仲可以食到啖啖肉。加埋碗飯,半個鐘內完全晒,可以話滿足咗個胃先,停咗打鼓先。可以慢慢、靜靜地享受埋杯奶茶,之後返去完全埋餘下工作。…Read More

今日整日要喺紅磡工作,先嚟個早餐醒醒胃,醒醒人喇。由火車站行咗10分鐘,嚟到紅磡區一間老舖"東門冰室"。街口已見舖外坐埋人,心知舖內應該都滿坐。一入舖內,真係人頭湧湧,樓面阿姐已做到唔停手、唔停口。好睬有一個角落空咗,即坐落去,唔好阻住阿姐。早已聽聞呢到出名"媽媽豬扒",特別有"媽媽"嘅味道。咪一心嚟食個豬扒麵,配上熱奶茶。點知落單時,阿姐問要咩麵。原來呢到有福麵同丁麵2種選擇,我揀咗丁麵。呢頭落單,轉頭即嚟杯熱奶茶。果然快手。原來呢到係落大粒白沙糖,真係好少見。味道同普通白沙糖無乜分別。喝咗幾啖奶茶,碟豬扒福麵嚟喇。睇落豬扒份量頗多,雖然碎上,但應該唔止一塊咁少。快速叉一塊豬扒試試,睇吓有冇媽媽味道。點止 -_- 豬扒薄身,有點粗鞋,無乜肉汁,完成係一般嘅感覺。點解有人話係"媽媽豬扒"o架!但係以$26呢個價錢,咁又覺得佢係實惠,份量多,而且菜唔係話俾一塊咁少,都有3塊o架。下次嚟,我肯定唔會反兜"媽媽豬扒"喇。…Read More

5:45到達大坑,路邊攤檔都收晒。想要又快又實惠的飯,相信祥勝係其中一個選擇。一到就點咗個祥勝百搭飯,加杯熱奶茶,貪佢快手同唔阻人收工。好快我碟鋪咗太陽蛋喺頂嘅百搭飯就喺我面前出現。太陽蛋係我特別要求,可以豬扒點蛋汁或者蛋汁撈飯。百搭飯有一塊豬扒、一塊午餐肉、一條腸仔、一條菜、一隻蛋,淋上鼓油汁,感覺像豐富牌學生餐。我好鍾意豬扒煎得啱啱好,唔會乾到硬,之後切條上,方便我食用。只可惜俾我食到少量梳打粉。整體嚟講,質量都唔錯,一定會ENCORE試埋其他食物。…Read More

今日大暑,但係由朝忙到晚,完全無時間煮任何飲品消暑,唯有喺鴻福堂買。估唔到可以消暑嘅飲品唔止涼茶,原來連蔬果汁都可以,真係要試試佢嘅功效。揀咗枯白玉苦瓜菠蘿蜂蜜甘露飲品,原來可以清心消暑。冰凍甘露一拎已經可以幫手消消熱力。成枝甘露菠蘿味蓋過晒苦瓜、蜂蜜,完全唔覺得苦,亦唔覺得甜。原來樽底有菠蘿碎,我飲到一半先至知。為咗唔想浪費,真係要間中搖吓個樽。D菠蘿碎係新鮮生果,完全唔係被糖水浸過嘅罐頭菠蘿。雖然材料真材實料,不過就貴咗D。…Read More

沖繩黑龍 一碗麵感受日本人地道風味食法 滿足口腹體驗文化

早到店舖,無人龍兼好好睬有4個空位,唔使等即係可以坐定定,揀心水拉麵。店內裝修仿似日本拉麵店,大部分位都係圍住廚房,可以清楚睇到廚師煮麵,同埋將麵送到你面前。我嘅位置可以睇到廚房兩位師傅嘅合拍度、認真度同埋手勢都係好好,すごいです。位前面已經貼出店舖供應嘅食物,分別係黑龍豚骨拉麵、炭燒牛筋拉麵和牛筋BLACK沾麵3種款式。仲有每日只限供應10碗黑龍叉燒飯。一個ORDER紙已列出晒所有選擇。原先我選每日限量供應嘅"叉燒飯",不過聽到店內唯一一位講廣東話職員介紹後,我決定轉軚食"炭燒牛筋拉麵" ($98)。點解轉軚,除咗因為第一次試有牛嘅拉麵,仲有另一個原因,之後先講。由於我早落單,所以我碗麵好快就上檯喇。終於有一碗正宗日本拉麵出現喺我面前,真係開心到難以形容。(因為之前某幾間嘅經驗,真係差到難以形容)第一吓,當然係喝返啖湯先喇。嘩, おいしい (o i shi i)﹗個湯真係好濃稠,而且仲好夠熱添!原來係店舖獨門湯底,以沖繩特產「Agu豬」的豬骨和豬手熬製,質感濃稠,而且骨膠原特別豐富。下一步就試拉麵,拎起一注,知道係正宗日本拉麵,即係安心晒。(之前喺銅鑼灣拉麵站食埋D不知所謂嘅拉麵,麵嘅質感完全唔點。)將拉麵沾上湯及油,然後一啖"殊"入口。今次真係食得夠爽、正、開心,呢D先係日本拉麵嘛!接住就食牛筋,都有4粒四四方方嘅牛筋粒。牛筋炆得淋同入味,但就無中式牛筋嗰種漿口嘅感覺,同埋食唔出炭燒味,感覺都係一般。呢碗麵另一驚喜係溏心蛋,坊間通常只俾半隻,但係呢到係整隻。筷子將蛋一分為二,內裏流心蛋黃係咁流出,完全無熟咗嘅蛋黃,真係做到啱啱好!我將蛋黃汁沾上麵條嚟食,真係正!拉麵仲配上一塊叉燒,不過質素無上面講嘅材料咁好質素,唔夠味之餘,仲偏厚,失策。咁嘅質素叉燒,即係令我覺得自己轉軚轉得啱,否則就食咗每日只限供應10碗嘅黑龍叉燒飯。食到最後我剩餘咗濃濃嘅湯,唔通就咁喝咗佢,好似好寡。其實我只係食咗上半場咋。之前職員推介我先食拉麵,留返少少湯,之後再加飯,變成湯飯,咁就成為我下半場,呢個就係我轉軚嘅原因,亦讓我體驗日本人的地道食法。將一碗熱辣辣嘅秋田小町米做嘅飯 ($10),倒入已涼嘅濃湯,將兩者搞勻。結果,唔止令湯熱返,仲可以令每粒飯都沾上濃湯,每匙飯都係熱辣辣同埋充滿濃濃嘅豬骨湯味,比起食韓式湯飯嗰種感覺更加強烈同有口感。唔好睇少一碗飯,都食到成10匙,真係好飽同滿足。估唔到一個拉麵可以分上、下兩場食法,兩種都各有千秋,令我一餐午飯可以咁豐富同飽足。不過相信只有星期五,我先可以做D咁奢侈嘅事!喝咗咁濃稠嘅湯,又唔想喝水沖吓個口,可以試吓放喺檯上嘅清湯。倒出嘅清湯(無記錯好似仔比目魚同昆布)香氣已經四圍飄,湯嘅味道好清甜,絶對啱晒用嚟清清口腔,沖走濃烈豬骨湯味。"黑龍"仲有提供酢、胡椒粉及鮭大蒜等調味料。不過我覺得碗拉麵各方面都配合得好好,唔使再添加其他味道。…Read More

旺角點止購物天堂 行完買完又點可以唔嚟Next Station Dessert滿足吓口腹之慾

喺旺角行街行到攰攰到,想搵個又靜又舒服嘅地方休息吓、食吓嘢。點知喺貼近旺角外圍嘅黑布街見到Next Station Dessert,聽聞甜品由前五星級大酒店甜品師傅主理,加上價錢又合理,於是同朋友決定試一試。入到店內,暗黃燈光,木製檯櫈,同室外嘅強烈光線成180度對比,令我即時感到輕鬆、舒服,成個人鬆晒。原來店舖都好大,除咗門口入嚟嗰到有40-50個位,原來店後面,仲有30個位,而且仲比前面更清靜、更暗。不過比我揀,我寧願坐後面嘅位置,絶對係同朋友促膝談心嘅好地方。坐定定,已送上一杯水,俾我定一定神,抖抖氣,先至慢慢揀心水甜品。MEUN內有嘅甜品,其實同門口塊介紹牌差不多,不過就會更詳細介紹甜品嘅材料。今日,我肚空空,一於就豪D,我獨自點咗2款甜品,應該都食得晒呱。第一個:鳥結糖芭菲 Nougat Parfait我自己好鍾意個外型,好GRAND,而且似鳥展翅開飛嘅感覺。呢個"鳥結糖",唔同平時食嘅鳥結糖,佢偏向杏仁味;但質感明顯地滑溜,放入口後,佢喺唔停喺口,會即時瀡落喉嚨。"鳥結糖"好實淨,可以慢慢食都無有怕。第二個: Black Pepper Chocolate Molten Cake served with Vanilla Ice-Cream呢個俾到我驚喜,而且心太軟做得好唔錯。黑胡椒心太軟係中間嘅朱古力醬加上黑胡椒粉,兩者配搭得好好,唔會好辣,亦唔會好甜,令我食得好舒服。而且心太軟嘅溫度啱啱好,令我食嘅時候唔會因為溫度高,感覺到"辣"親咀仔,亦唔會令黑胡椒辣到搶咗朱古力味。仲有個雪糕球係超凍、超硬淨,可以俾我先食完個心太軟,之後用剩餘嘅嘅黑胡椒朱古力醬配上雲呢拿雪糕慢慢食,超爽耶!我同朋友都幾滿意今次嘅甜品同埋環境,唔止甜品賣相、口感好正,仲可以坐幾耐,吹幾耐水都得,真係一個可以落腳嘅好地方。 …Read More

今日,我就同幾位朋友嚟 IFC Greyhound Cafe 食特式嘅泰國菜。IFC Greyhound Cafe 環境寬敞,座位都寬落,檯同檯之間嘅距離有返咁上下。哈,咁就唔使怕嘈親隔離檯,仲有位放低我哋嘅戰利品添。由於我同朋友喺外邊趕過嚟,成身熱辣辣,即刻叫咗杯凍喝消消暑。話都無詌快,龍眼特飲同番石榴特飲都送到嚟。2杯飲品都好真材實料,尤其是番石榴特飲,啖啖果汁,消暑又醒胃。我哋幾個女生早已聞風 Greyhound Cafe 甜品好食,仲設計得好吸引添,所以決定只係叫5款前菜、主菜,留返第二胃食甜品。發板無耐,食品已經逐碟逐碟送上。1. 芝士雜菜千層麵沙律 Fresh Lasagna Salad HKD108材料新鮮,配埋清淡沙律汁,令材料更加鮮甜。只係拎嘅時候比較麻煩,上層無可能切開,唯有逐層逐層拎;到下半層時,就可以將食物切開一半,同友人分享。2. 鮮蝦帶子墨魚汁麵 Spaghetti Cha Cha Cha我比較少食墨魚汁麵,唔知道墨魚汁麵係有腥味,為咗減低腥味,所以加辣味平衡返,搞到我第一啖喺無預計底下,就中招。整體嚟講,除咗辣,真係一碟質量同質素好嘅意粉。3. Grilled Angus Sirloin with North Eastern Thai Spicy Hot Sauce HKD208唔記得中文名係咩喇,賣相一般。要問待應先至知食法。首先,食條青瓜清吓口腔,然後才食西冷牛。西冷牛已經切好一片片,拎一片後,可醮特製醬汁,或配糯米飯或雜菜一起食。4. 軟殼蟹沙律配蜜糖芥末醬 Soft-Shell Crab Salad HKD1285. 漢堡包全名唔記得,只係想試吓店舖特色漢堡包,所以先點佢。點知靈魂漢堡失色,無牛肉味又唔夠肉汁,配埋上下兩層漢堡包,真係得個"乾"字。好睬有其他醬汁同配菜,咁先唔使乾食。跟住,大家每人都叫咗一個甜品,分別有朱古力香蕉千層蛋糕、雜莓千層蛋糕及Chocolate Lover。大家已急不及待手起羮落,慢慢享受甜品。呢個時候係全餐飯中最寧靜嘅時刻,每人都全心全意去品嚐,讓味蕾感受細滑、香甜。…Read More

元朗,對我嚟講,係一個假日先會去嘅地方。不過今日,我就專登放工入去食泰國菜。原來坐西鐵入元朗,超級方便、快捷。30分鐘,就由紅磡到達元朗喇。今次嚟到泰國菜館 ~ Mint Thai House 薄荷葉泰國菜,位於元朗安康路怡康大廈地下12-13號舖。喺元朗站落咗車後,要轉乘輕鐵到豐年路落車。再行5-10分鐘,經過元朗警署見到元朗劇場,向左轉90度,就見到 Mint Thai House 薄荷葉泰國菜。Mint Thai House 薄荷葉泰國菜門外放有燈光及樹,周圍嘅店舖又閂門,所以好易就認出。Mint Thai House 薄荷葉泰國菜以開放式設計,有內外舖。內舖大概有40個位,外舖就有30個位,另外有高櫈坐,可以俾客人同朋友喝酒食小點,歡聚吹水。店舖比較昏陰,唔同一般餐廳,燈火通明。牆上掛住泰國傳統手工藝。舖內用木檯及木椅,裝潢簡單。每個位都放上餐具及水,絶對係 "welcome your visit"。對我嚟講,只要坐得舒服,環境清潔就得,反而食物質素及服務質責先係我嘅著眼點。今晚,3個人一齊食,叫咗成檯菜。哈哈,對我嚟講,"豐富"係一件好事,食得既開心又多選擇。第一道菜:黃咖哩牛肉。睇見熱辣辣嘅咖哩,已經流晒口水。即刻手起羹落,試一試味先。黃咖哩係咁多款咖哩中辣度一般,好多人都接受到嘅辣度。牛肉係一片片,煮得好滑溜,食落仲好有牛肉味同幼滑;而且仲有新鮮配料,鮮嫩可口。叫得咖哩,當然唔想嘥咗 "精華"。一係撈白飯,一係醮薄餅。Mint Thai House 薄荷葉泰國菜嘅薄餅好出名,所以我決定叫佢嚟送咖哩汁。新鮮熱辣嘅薄餅送到,傳來一陣陣牛油香味,明顯係即叫即做。我已經忍唔住,碟一落檯,我即刻拎一塊食。咔咔咔,邊食薄餅,邊發出萬不得已嘅聲音添。拎薄餅醮咖哩汁,令薄餅即時添上咖哩香,得到味覺同嗅覺雙重享受,所以話呢 "咖哩 + 薄餅" 係孖兄弟,缺一不可。接住,係烤羊鞍架,my favorite。一碟有4件羊鞍架,擺設都好有心思,而且仲有新鮮蔬菜伴住,令羊鞍架更為突出。羊鞍架唔止燒得靚,食落肉質嫰滑,調味啱啱好,仲無羊嘅羶味,完全唔使任何sauce,絶對可以食出羊肉嘅味道。連第一次食羊鞍架嘅小妹妺都話好食,要ECHO添。本身羊鞍架肥瘦適中,加上燒走咗大部分油脂,所以食落無話油笠笠。另一巧妙之處係碟上鮮菜,可以幫我洗走口中羊脂,令我可以keep住口腔fresh,繼續下一道菜。接住嚟,係我好鍾意嘅烏頭,仲要斤兩十足,有成2斤重o架。一整條烏頭配埋甜酸醬料,完全係泰國風情,相信好惹味。我用叉隨意喺魚肚後嘅位置抓一下,點知拎咗到一大嚿肉。睇吓不知幾肉質結實,肉汁仲流埋出嚟。食落有鮮味,但無泥味。唔怪得人人都話元朗出產嘅烏頭好味喇,未試過當然唔知佢好喺邊,試咗就俾佢吸引到,食唔停口。最後,我同朋友兩個人竟然可以將佢食清晒,得返棚骨喺到。哈,哈,哈。到最後一道菜,亦係 Mint Thai House 薄荷葉泰國菜嘅推介:梅子豬手。梅子豬手,仿似食開嘅咸豬手,成隻上o架。聽老闆媽媽講,成隻豬手係由師傅一手一腳製作。先將生豬手用水煮熟,然後才加工釀製而成。我見咁巨型嘅豬手,好鬼難切。當然先幫佢解開,然後才慢慢品嚐。估唔到我三兩下功夫,就可以將成隻梅子豬手瓦解,明顯地係肉質鬆軟。仔細睇,發現豬手唔太肥,充滿啖啖肉,肉質仲油水均勻。就算我一口將釀上梅子醬嘅豬皮吞落肚,都唔覺得油笠笠,因為豬皮嘅香配上梅子嘅酸,令食者嗅覺同味蕾得到不一樣嘅享受。呵呵,我一口氣將一半豬皮獨吞,不知食得幾開心,一次過滿足我幾個願望:有嚼口,有豬味,有酸味。可惜,之前食得太多嘢,唔可以用泰啤送梅子豬手。相信咁嘅配搭係最佳享受,亦係吹水歡聚嘅推介。今晚我真係食得好豐富,好滿足,仲好開心。一次過食到咁多泰國佳餚,完全迎合到香港人嘅口味:不油膩、不太酸、不太辣,謝絶 "重口味",但又不失泰國菜嘅精髓。另外,食材既新鮮又正中。除咗烏頭出自元朗外,當中嘅蔬果、香草,包括金不換、薄荷葉、洛神花等都係出自老闆嘅後花園,絶對新鮮。所以話呢,入到元朗,又點可以錯過新鮮美味嘅泰國菜。…Read More
