I am deeply confused as to how this place received over 700 positive reviews?!Charging a table of 4 with 2 cups of $40 Doritos is a negative review itself! Lunch set was of value; a total of $175 you get an apetitizer, main, side and a drink. To start, they serve warm herby bread. It was slightly oily for my liking but everyone else enjoyed it. I had the squash soup which was extremely creamy and filling, it was also served with some pumpkin seeds for extra texture.Burger was nice, wasn't as juicy as I remembered though; it was a much better burger last time I came. Saw the butterfly pea & chocolate and beetroot & cranberry "baguettes", I had to give them a go. Came here for late lunch on my own, entered the place at 2:30pm and got a seat right away. I ordered the beef shank (cooked beef) pho with lime soda (without sugar). There was a lot of meat, I'm not a huge meat eater so it seemed a lot to me. Broth was nice, beef was tender, noodles were cooked nicely, nothing to complain about! Skin was slightly thick but it was only $15 for 4 of them, definitely a good valued snack! 抄手came shortly after, it was freshly cooked and steaming hot; it's not the most flavourful or best ones we've had but again for only $30 a plate, what else can you ask for? Finally, 小龍包 was steamed to order, skin was a little thick but full of soup inside. As it was open yesterday, we decided to come for early dinner!I ordered leek dumplings with hot and sour soup - soup was a bit too thick for my liking, seemed to have too have thickener in it. Flavour was soft, not very spicy or sour. Dumplings were good but wrapping is thicker than the cuttlefish ones. Leek flavour was so intense that it stayed in my mouth until seriously 6 hours later!!Cuttlefish and water chestnut dumplings were very interesting. Been meaning to try this place as I'm a huge garlic fan but was slightly disappointed!We were a party of 6 ordered separarte dishes and they all came at very odd times, I guess it's the norm here in Hong Kong as they often assume we all share the plates.To start off…garlic bread was a huge disappointment for me. I guess it was ok, crispy base, bits of chicken and pumpkin, what can really go wrong with pizza?!
