若14:20到,內仍有不少食客,但不用等位。呢碟嘢每枱都有,$4/位。不過又幾好味,銀魚有少少鹹香,花生又夠脆口。好過有啲酒樓齋花生都唔止呢個價。的而且確見到有蟹肉,但食落時不覺得有蟹肉嘅味道。但整體爽口,不鹹。細細條,很脆口,雖然饀料唔算多(都是紅蘿蔔絲、椰菜絲之類),但都爽口新鮮。厚薄適中,上枱時都夠熱。雖然食唔出咩蔗汁味,但有不少馬蹄片。馬蹄片又夠爽口,且整體不太甜。果真每啖都可有原隻蝦,蝦夠爽口,但蝦味不算特出。size很大,每個均有原粒鹹蛋黃。蓮蓉一般多,整體不會很甜同很膩。份量很大,雖然片數唔多,但真的很大塊。幸好糖漿份量適中,所以食落都唔覺很甜。蛋散又鬆脆,且有少少蛋香。雖然叫麻辣,但食唔出有辣味。不過啲牛肚件頭又唔算切得過幼但都非常腍,又夠入味(平常牛肚汁味)。…Read More

剛14:00左右到,店內若有7成食客吧。點好菜後,若等了不夠5分鐘,食物便上枱。最先來的是蛋撻。一上枱已只是微暖,幸好未至於蛋已離皮。皮很鬆化,蛋亦滑,不太甜。但可惜唔夠蛋香。剛食完蛋撻,餘下的食物便在1分鐘內陸續送來。下午茶餐--南瓜芋頭糙米飯 + 灼芥蘭芋頭:份量很多,但一點都唔粉,亦無乜芋頭味;南瓜:幸好,南瓜甜美;粟米:份量很多,但食唔到有粟米香甜爽口;糙米飯:硬度適中,無乜特別。雖然是煲仔上,但端來時只是少許微温灼芥蘭:芥蘭唔老亦唔苦,夠爽口,不過葉的部分就無奉上的,同埋上枱時已是凍的。下午茶餐--章魚肉餅飯 + 灼芥蘭章魚肉餅:完全發現唔到有章魚粒,可能切到碎到我發現唔到啩?:(亦一丁點章魚味都食唔到出來。同樣地,雖然煲仔上,但一點也不熱。終於有樣嘢上枱時算是熱。皮唔算好薄,不過不失。內饀溶到都唔知有啲乜!?只見有少許冬菇,豬肉粒...其餘就無能為力去辨別連蒸的腸粉,上枱時都只是和暖皮很薄,但唔算好滑。豬潤味一點也不濃,且是切碎哂的當然又係唔熱啦。外皮脆,但算厚身,唔鬆化。內饀又係睇唔出有啲乜,一pat pat咁,仲要食落都幾鹹。…Read More

由於睇見坊間推介,因此來時滿期待。環境不錯,一如所料當日食客爆滿,侍應及廚師均很有禮,食品選擇亦十分多。入座後,待應每枱都會放番支雪凍了的含水菓的清水,內有西瓜,蜜瓜,菠蘿等,由於我想信已浸泡了一段時間,水菓的菓汁已溶哂入清水,因此飲落有點甜味。這個很好喝,湯味濃郁,不油膩亦飲唔到有味精感覺。當日這個到21:00時已所剩無幾。乳豬皮無乜肥膏,個皮亦卜卜脆,好味!呢碟嘢之中,蝦係最好味,蝦有蝦味,又夠爽口新鮮。蟹鉗一啲味都無!蜆肉不過不失。魚生新鮮,可惜切得勁厚,可惜可惜...茶碗蒸 -- 好味,唔會將蒸水蛋個上湯較得好鹹,啲蛋又蒸得滑。中間係甜品,紫薯酥 -- 好味,炸得夠脆,甜度適中。最上面為火腿 -- 味道只是一般。四款雪條:上圖左起:士多啤梨乳酪、綠茶紅豆,下圖左起:芒果、朱古力無論邊款,都不太好味,無乜該款本身的味道帶出來,不吃也罷。下圖上方為椰皇 -- 很好味,頗滑又不太甜,表面焦糖係你去攞時個廚師才即席處理。薑汁梳芙厘 -- 去到counter落order時,廚師才去焗,搞掂就會通知你有得攞,因此一定唔會走哂氣塌哂。味道不過不失,由於薑汁味不濃。天婦羅 -- 見個廚師是一路炸住,所以唔會炸完後放得過久,因此個炸皮唔會腍pat pat,啲食材如蝦、紫薯等亦新鮮好味。陳皮蒸魚 -- 很好吃,由於選用不太大條的魚,又火喉得宜,因此非常嫰滑,且一點腥味都無。避風塘炒鮑魚 -- 鮑魚size 唔算大,難得咁煮法啲鮑魚都唔會好韌,亦唔會煮到好辣,唔錯。:)龍蝦 -- 叫咗一次清蒸(唔記得影相),及一次蒜蓉炒。清蒸嗰款已食唔到龍蝦味,但清蒸煮去只會開邊比半隻,食落時都叫方便。炒嗰款亦都食唔出龍蝦味,仲要斬到一舊舊,食起嚟仲麻煩。上方為雲呢拿及朱古力新地 -- 很滑,味道不算很濃但亦可食出它的味道。左下方的甜品,賣相都算吸引,但味道就....我唔識欣賞。場內蔬菜種類十分多,當日我亦有叫炒雜菜,各款菜都很新鮮爽口,亦炒得很好味。以下為場內其他食品:甜品當中還有楊枝甘露,但見它白"哂哂",算了吧...其實還有很多,由於提交相片張數限制,未能放哂...…Read More
