Nice interior decorations with a few seats.Staff was nice and allowed us to sample different flavours before we made our purchase.The pistachio (premium flavour) tasted natural, nutty, was appropriately sweet and very creamy.The Suntory whiskey (premium flavour) was a mild version of the real thing, the least creamy among the three.The Earl Grey (ordinary flavour) tasted like the Twinnings Earl Grey with milk and a bit too much sugar, so it was the sweetest of all three. It was also very creamy.Price wise, similar to the Singapore gelato shop nearby, a bit more expensive than the one on Hollywood Road, and double that of the Japanese store next door. Came here for our anniversary celebration. We were presented with the “Escape in the clouds” executive lunch, I ordered the two-course and my partner ordered the three-course.Bread and olive oil The tomato and olive focaccia was excellent especially when served warm. The sourdough was perfect - the crust cracked, and it was slightly chewy and very airy on the inside, and warm. I liked how sour it was.We were given four choices of olive oil. I had the Nocellara del Belice, which was of a lighter taste with a more vegetable flavour. My partner had the Moresca, which had a creamier texture and was closer to what we would usually have.Amuse bouche - Caviar with cream (I forgot what it was) and red shrimp jelly at the bottom.I felt like this was the reason why the executive lunch was so expensive. It tasted salty, creamy, and sweet at the same time, this was outstanding and a great start to the meal.The appetizers, first course and main course that followed, didn’t live up to the very high expectations that were given to me so far. The ingredients were extremely fresh and of high quality, but the dishes were just good, not superb. The cannoncini and the cake weren’t sweet. Although I liked the low sugar level in the desserts, I preferred something more authentic, and that means extremely sweet Italian desserts. The thing I liked was the bitterness of the orange peel chocolate. In general, I find this "petite four" concept in an Italian restaurant a bit weird as I would associate it with French cuisines.Although the dishes were rather small, I got full with all the bread and desserts.Service was impeccable except that they did not clear the bread crumbs on the table after the amuse bouche but after the appetizer.The view was unbeatable at 102/F, especially on a sunny day.$698 for a three course is slightly expensive compared to similar venues in Central but you’d get an amazing view and a divine amuse bouche with great service. 黑松露的味道非常濃郁，打開包裝後兩尺以外的人都聞到你在吃黑松露。但打開之後打了個突，因為分量只是包裝袋的四分之一或三分之一左右。$69的薯片才買到這麼少，覺得很虧。honey dijon 的味道甜甜的，不會被黑松露蓋過。薯片屬於厚切，很脆，但多吃幾塊會覺得滿口都是油 (平常吃其他品牌的薯片也不覺得多油到這樣)，會開始有點膩。可能這是控制人不要一次過吃太多？應該是這樣吧，所以薯片包裝也加了密封zipper，讓薯片能夠保鮮。…Read More

在某外賣app看到這家餐廳提供素食，價錢尚可，便點了餐。我選的是南瓜湯底。我感覺湯底是餐廳自己熬出來的，湯內有南瓜蓉，濃稠度剛好，而且餐廳應該沒有添加味精，因為湯底清甜，我喝完後也沒有味精過敏的現象。配菜可選三樣。我選了車厘茄，秋葵，白菜香菇木耳餃(像是某知名餃子品牌的餃子)。 要添加的配菜的話每一款至少加$5。隨餐還附送汽水或豆漿。食物分量足夠，而且味道很好，會再光顧。現在還送口罩和口罩信封，非常貼心。外賣包裝很好，只是我略嫌外賣盒太多，所以寧願餐廳把麵和配菜放在一起。…Read More

星期日下午一點來飲茶，見到酒家只有三分之一的枱是有人坐的，心知不妙。點心種類：點心款式不多，去任何茶樓都吃得到蝦餃，燒賣，腸粉，春捲等。點了八籠點心，卻告訴我們兩款已經賣完。貴價的小菜的種類反而比較多。味道：東西是好吃的。尤其是小籠包，皮很薄，湯汁也夠。分量：點心的分量比其他酒家少。春捲其他酒家是三條，這裡是兩條又長又幼的。腸粉其他酒家三條，這裡是剪了六小粒，變相只有其他酒家兩條的分量。煎蘿蔔糕其他酒家是三塊，這裡也是三塊，但每一塊是其他酒家的半塊，變相是其他酒家的一半。馬拉糕夠蓬鬆，但也只有其他酒家的一半分量。以這樣的價錢，端上這樣份量的食材，實在非常貴。三個人午飯吃不飽，卻付了$570。…Read More

經過利源東街看到新食肆便想一試。店鋪名稱為花盛，以為食物跟花有關，但其實什麼關係都沒有。 主打雞跟咖哩。因天氣炎熱，所以叫了一個蔥油手撕雞菜飯，跟餐有一小份辣的雲耳。菜飯味道不錯，不會過鹹，有點點油膩，可以更乾爽。飯的份量對我來說也剛好，但對於男生來說一定不夠。手撕雞冷冷的，很清新，在這樣的天氣吃很不錯。手撕雞跟菜的比例很好，但用$60的價錢來說，分量比想像中少。整體來說分量不及其他$60飯盒，吃完後連我這個女生都覺得還不夠。…Read More

一幻開了不久，一開始大排長龍，最近午飯時段已沒有人排隊，熱潮退得比想像中快，但既然有機會便入內一試。 我叫了一個鮮蝦味噌湯底粗麵。友人叫了一個鮮蝦鹽味幼麵。麵條來說沒什麼特別。至於配菜：點菜紙上說是流心蛋，但蛋煮得蠻熟的，流心的程度只有一成。同時叉燒比較肥，所以頗失望。拉麵的重點除了麵外還有湯底，所以一定要試。喝湯的時候能喝到一點點蝦的肉末（個人來說不喜歡肉末，比較喜歡有嚼勁的蝦肉）。我的湯底比較能吃出海鮮味、蝦味，而且因為有味噌所以比較濃郁，味道是挺好的，只是有點鹹。其實我只是嘗試了一點點湯，但整個下午都很渴。真材實料熬出來的湯不該如此，我認為這個是整個拉麵最失敗的地方。同時不太明白為什麽非要在帳單上加 「微調」，將金額變成整數。我們也後加了一個蝦飯糰。飯糰挺香，不過蝦的分量比較少，飯是熱的，很好，但是比較多油所以飯糰好鬆散，很快令人吃得亂七八糟，非常狼狽。…Read More

I ordered dinner from Fete Up through online dining platform because the menu offered a serving of meat and numerous servings of vegetables (some served hot and some served cold). I had never tried Fete Up but was attracted to this menu as I wouldn’t have to gulp down a completely cold salad when I had to work through the night.The takeaway box looked great when I opened it but was too hungry so I’ve got no photo of it. The smoked duck breast was absolutely brilliant, it was extremely tender. The vegetables were of sizeable portions and appropriated flavoured. 因大家都說這裡有 “家” 的味道，所以午飯時間特地過來試。一點多的時候來到， 看見收銀手忙腳亂，又要處理在店裡吃餃子的顧客，又要接外賣的電話，所以我在收銀前等了幾分鐘。 別人落完order 後超過一半餃子都賣完，剩下三種選擇。最後我選擇了京蔥牛肉加米線$53。落單後餃子和米線都是立刻煮的，所以總共等了二十分鐘。等的時候看見外賣的員工頗為混亂，容易搞錯訂單。餃子的皮薄，餡料不算多，好吃但不突出，沒有什麼 “家”的味道，跟上兩條街的兩間餃子店差不多。取勝之處可能是有多款不同的汁醬。米線的味道還可以。價錢不算太實惠，特別是等待的時間頗長，午飯時間我未必再來。…Read More
