星期六終於有時間好好享受lunch time. Root 的服務員招呼很好，麵包邊很脆口，牛油每天特別製造，今日係紫菜牛油😍my favourite, 食完服務員會主動問需唔需要追加，值得一讚。頭盤精緻漂亮，蛋黃白露筍配龍蝦汁及Cuttlefish 配特製蛋黃醬，可見廚師力盡心思追求完美。主菜是Beef Rib Eye，Medium 啱我的要求，有質感及牛肉味，另一道是慢煮Cod Fish配薯蓉及時令蔬菜🥬，好味道。甜品係朱古力配風乾🍊橙片再配上芝士像cream的泡沫，非常特別。靚女老闆話下次再來試試晚餐，一定會再來試試。…Read More
