燒豬肉/牛肉 是熱熱的~~ 脆脆香香的~~ 好吃!

在附近上課所以自己去了吃晚飯~點了香茅燒/烤豬肉撈檬 (因為上次吃過烤豬或牛肉覺得好吃...已忘了上次吃甚麼肉)~ 價錢HKD42, 加一埋單HKD46很喜歡他的烤肉, 因為一上桌就熱熱的, 香香脆脆~~ 以前吃過的都沒有這麼香... 只是算有炒過的肉那樣...(也許我吃過的越南餐廳質素太差?)~~ 因此我覺得好好吃~~ 就拍了這張照片 ~~份量一點也不少... HKD42 我在其他店吃過 份量較少~~ 這個份量我覺得蠻OK 而且重點他肉也不少~~ 而且肉好香好好吃~~配料 花生那些也很香~~ 魚露一碗的奉上, 份量剛好~~ 我覺得好吃~~ 不過我只試過這款~~下次去上課也會去吃~~ 但我實在太愛烤牛肉烤豬肉撈檬...所以可能仍然吃這個 哈哈P.S. 除了我還有其他客人一人進來吃, 店員沒有面露不悅, 還讓我坐了一張二人桌, 沒有叫我坐上面BAR檯位, 服務很敏捷... 他們反應還蠻快的... 旁邊桌是外國遊客兩名, 店員的英語對答很順暢 (可能是老闆), 而女客人本來好像要走青..還是甚麼素食要求...原本落柯打時已跟英語很順暢的店員講了, 上菜時, 店員主動過來說 不好意思, 忘了你剛剛的要求, 現在給你換一碗~~ 有拿回去叫廚房弄一下... 我不知是走青還是要素的湯... 反正他有及時回去糾正~~~ 我覺得服務不錯~…Read More

我吃過最難吃的一間板長..

帶老爸去板長吃午餐~ 這間之前有來過...都並不是特別好吃...曾經試過叫乜無乜...今次...好明顯D飯全部都係熱...食蝦天婦羅壽司... 我爸還說 這個飯不夠熱呢~~ 我說 原本就不該是熱的.. 因為他吃到飯是熱的...所以以為應該整個都是熱熱的...由於飯是熱的... 結果是甚麼都不好吃... 我係板前板長元氣從來沒吃過這樣難吃的壽司... 而且午飯時間一定人多...更何況當天人不多...我都不用等位就直接進店裡了...一點左右的時間呢!... 這樣的時間也沒準備好飯嗎??? 我見店裡都不太多人.... 這樣就很有問題了吧.... 我好懷疑沙田呢間既師傅係咪超懶............. (基本上我係呢間每次都唔多好食....我決定以後唔食呢間...反正好運既元氣我食過幾次都很不錯...德福既板長亦很不錯)手卷... 我未見過咁鬆散既手卷...手卷既紫菜要圍一圈大家都知道...但應該都未食過圍到咁大既圈... 手卷放在手卷架上, 我叫了兩個手卷, 其中一個已經站不穩, 斜倒著...歪掉了...原因?? 因為飯是熱的...有水氣冒出...紫菜變軟...再加上壽司師傅包到咁鬆... 我一拿起就快要掉下來了... 佢裡面既餸無掉出來真的大幸了... (P.S. 歪掉的意思是... 手卷放在架上 已經接近橫放的狀態...我一拿起 他就變折曲 L 型了)侍應送上一個歪倒了的手卷....也沒有很醒目的說去換...他送上來就已經看到一放上桌子, 那個手卷就打橫上檯了... 這樣也不聰明點先說幫客人換?.... 不過最後...算了.. 我就吃了... 只是....well....好熱的飯...這是中式手卷喔??服務印象中侍應們都好年輕, 那個像經理仔既男仔都好年輕... 我記得以前好似唔係呢個... anyway... 如果果個係經理仔, 佢服務態度蠻不錯的, 好有禮貌 (只是剛剛上菜沒醒目換掉的就是他~)但另外... 我食一半中, 聽到經理仔同旁邊桌的客人說不好意思, 要阻你們一下... 原來座椅下是他們的員工服之類...反正放了一些雜物, 他們要打開來讓剛上班的員工拿東西... 經理仔禮貌地說完就移動了客人的 "車仔" (上面有個大袋果D拉車仔), 一切都還OK..但拿東西的員工, 好粗魯地打開櫃桶拿了東西後, 用腳把櫃桶踢進去 (我想他在家也是這樣吧)... 但重點是... 座椅上有客人... 你踢的櫃桶是在她座椅下... 我看到那位女生瞪了他一眼...因為她大概也沒想過 店員要打擾他們吃飯, 還要用這樣不禮貌的動作... 最後那男生走進旁邊的員工室 好像也是呯鈴嘭爛的.... 應該是剛睡醒開工??? 唔想返工唔好返囉...笨~~~~…Read More

好食 但等位等到傻

好味~~好好味~~~ 雖然坐得好迫 但食過都會覺得值得再黎~~串燒 最少3串, 所以叫了豬牛雞各一, 串燒 覺得一般~~ (TST 好時沙嗲比較好味)生菜包(豬肉) 叫了中辣...... 佢d 辣都幾辣... 我唔算好食得辣... 小辣無乜問題, 試下呢個中辣... 真係噴火 = 口= 即時唸會推介d 愛辣既朋友黎食~~雖然好辣 但好好食~~ 而且佢d 生菜都唔吝惜~ 成日食生菜包都變成最後淨番晒d 肉~~ 但呢度可以食到最後係剩菜~~好味~醃蟹青木瓜沙律阿姐話蟹係生既 未試過就叫普通青木瓜沙律 (相差 $8)想試下 就叫左~~ 個沙律好好味~~ 好好味~~~隻蟹好得意...好細隻 生既 藍藍綠綠... 裡面好咸... 好似海水咁咸.. 唔知d 咸淨係海水咸定係有再浸鹽水....生蟹肉原來好似啫喱咁...滑溜溜...似啫喱未凝固好咁...有d...."鼻涕feel".... 講得核突 但食真係無乜野...又或者話佢似 膏...透明既...唔會好覺係 "肉"不過應該都三四件左右... 唔會夠一隻蟹囉...而d 腳又好難食到, 所以其實都係 "suen" 下d 味道, 有一兩舊係爪以上既位置就有d 肉~~等位等好耐 因為家下佢11點後先開枱出外面 裡面total 只係坐到14-16人左右...有d 位迫到坐唔到人...d 水有d...唔知葉定椰青味... anyway 幾好飲~~最後仲有個甜品 好味~~ 係椰青水造 好清~ 有d 椰青肉~ 好似大菜糕咁 但唔會飽肚 食完飯食剛剛好 好清新~好爽口留左電話請阿姐有位回電給我....結果阿姐比左d 後來既客入去都無call 我... 第一次去留電話 第二次去睇情況 第三次去見到比我地後黎既人入左去... 你係就講聲一定要係度等 唔好答我ok 之後又咁安排....…Read More
