位於土瓜灣的隱世小店,夜晚好多街坊黎食嘢睇波吹水,我地亦驚喜地食到高質既串燒啊🤩燒蒜心 $12在一般燒烤店中頗少見的蒜心,味道是比較溫和的蒜味,亦有點韭菜的影子。烤過後仍保留水份而且烤得很香,配上調味粉十分惹味。沙律丸 $15這亦是店家推薦,一般不常見的沙律丸,是爆漿丸來的。雖說會爆漿,但餡料不會燒得太熱,容易入口👍🏼餡料是沙律醬,味道酸酸甜甜,頗為特別😋五花肉 $15店家用了特別的醃料醃制,味道頗香濃而且複雜。肉烤得剛好,口感柔軟,很好吃😊原隻虎蝦 $58虎蝦一分為二,用料新鮮。燒過後的蝦肉仍保持鮮嫩多汁,不會乾身。加上那蝦頭膏的香味令層次昇華。茄子 $35原條燒茄子賣相一流,用了大量蒜頭、蔥、辣椒粉等調味,令味道十分有層次。牛油蒜香娃娃菜 $30用錫紙盤燒的娃娃菜蒜香十足 ,而且保留了菜汁,用上簡單調味就已足夠好吃。泰式鳳爪 (不在菜單上)在串燒店中有一味不是燒烤的其實挺好,有興趣可向店家問一下這隱藏料理哦😉據說這是正宗的泰式鳳爪,入口首先是辣味,然後魚露味開始出,底味充足。而且鳳爪已去骨,吃起來十分方便。岩燒雞全翼 $20雞全翼燒得不錯,外皮香脆,內裏卻仍保留肉汁,不怕辣的朋友更可以選擇四川雞全翼。紐西蘭肉眼扒 $98點了五成熟軟硬度剛剛好,肉味香濃,油脂分布平均,份量兩人剛剛好。隨肉眼扒附送手切薯條,薯條雖有點油但仍食得出薯味香濃。炸饅頭 $15這像在酒樓能夠吃到的炸饅頭配煉奶,店家炸得頗透,饅頭比酒樓吃到的更香脆👍🏼如能加多點煉奶會更好味😌高質的食物全是老闆親手製作,而且今時今日人情味呢樣嘢,喺出面好難食到喇,要繼續撐小店呀👍🏼…Read More
