今晚吃過的雞煲翅,上枱時是暖的,雞肉只有雞肉碎,四人份量只有半煲份量,一人只有一碗左右,湯亦很咸,話梅豬手,應該是話梅水浸豬手,豬手是多骨無肉,亦是暖的,再來一客花膠北菇鴨掌,花膠係切得非常之薄,花菇亦係切片,同餐牌相係很大的分別,花膠咬落去係無味,鴨掌係得三隻一開二,花菇原隻都唔捨得俾人食。呢個菜盛惠二百五十八元,簡直浪費左個肚。最後來個翅湯(滾水)浸菜,味道真係清新。呢次嘅經驗都很深刻,這種食店竟然還有這麼多人排隊。最後一提要留意椰青裡是有沒有椰肉的,心照不宣。
