Made the booking in the morning and had a classy afternoon at the Lounge at 3pm.The service here was so warm. The waiters and the waitresses here were so friendly that they clearly explained us what were included in the afternoon tea set and gave us suggestions on what to choose for our drinks.The afternoon tea served by Four Seasons is always my favourite! It's not only because the food is fresh, but also because the portion of salty food is relatively bigger than other afternoon tea sets served by other hotels. When you have had enough sweet, you can get some salty food to make a balance! I really love this arrangement! There isnt anythinhg served in this set that let me down! Even the most "common" food, the scone, it has a very strong taste of butter and a scent of vanila! To celebrate friend's birthday, I have done lots of research in finding a supreme restaurant and Aqua is on the top of the list!I made booking one week in advance and they offered us a stunning window seats! How thoughtful they were to let us celebrate the birthday with this breathe-taking view!!!I ordered 2 sets of 3 courses Sunset dinner set which was only available from 6-6:30pm. The food were so fresh and the environment was so romantic!As its a birthday treat, I ordered the dessert platter with own personal touch- you can let them write any messages on the platter. There were 4 different kind of desserts and the sorbet was my favourite!! Its a mix of sour and sweet! Taste so nice!!All in all, Aqua has not failed me in any areas! It scores full mark on its food, its environment and its service!
